We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. Communication was excellent, when we had a minor issue when we first arrived the property manager was straight away calling and helping us resolve the issue even on a Sunday! The house was clean, and had everything to help you have a pleasant stay. The pool was lovely, the only thing needed is an updated skimming net to get the bugs out of the pool, as the one on the property is old and has huge holes. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We rent a villa every year in Florida and this villa by far was one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely rent again!

This place was great! It felt secure, and in an easy to access location. There were a lot of smaller things provided such as beach towels, water toys and some small cleaning supplies. Close to shopping and I 4.

In town for a tradeshow in Lakeland. Great place to relax after a long hot day. Paid for heat in the pool and hot tub which helped end each day. Couple of small hiccups but quickly fixed. Second time staying and if in the area again will stay again.

Great property. Great communication with the host, particularly as we went through hurricane Milton during our stay. Property was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The hot tub was amazing, it really was like dipping into a hot bath. Great location and will definitely look to stay here again. 10 out of 10 from us!

Spent 9 days relaxing and enjoying the home. Close to 27 with Publix, Walmart and Posner Shopping Centre. Had an issue with fridge/freezer and response from Management Team was exceptional and resulted in a new fridge/freezer being delivered. Beds are comfortable (on the soft side) however the 2nd main fitted sheet kept sliding off with movement during the night due to mattress protectir being a water proof type. Lanai was fantastic. Lots of seating options however if your party is bigger than 4 you will struggle to eat outside. Pool was refreshingand received sun from 10ish onwards. Setting sun does mean Lanai is in full sun for 2-3 hours late afternoon until Sunset. Basics provided like all VRBO'S to start you off. 3rd bathroom showerhead literally totally blocked so new one needed. House is very clean, comes equiped with more than you needto cook your own meals. Gated Security estate, very quiet with lovely open area at back of house. Pool very private. Grill needs updating. Very rusted and we didnt use it for that reason. A very comfortable home that met our requirements and we were allowed later check out which was greatly appreciated. Managementwam waexceptional.

Great location for going to Disney (we didn’t). The house sits between two other houses and the pools are only separated by some thin hedges. The view from the pool at sunset is beautiful. Definitely recommend getting the heating for the pool and hot tub. On a 102 degree day the heated pool still felt great.

Great Villa and a very slick at every step, thanks to John for the hospitality - we stayed July 24 with our family of 7 and the seperate lounge and double rooms directly out to the pool area were especially good. book with confidence.

We had a great time staying at this villa. The pool was the perfect size for our small family. The villa was very well equipped with pretty much anything that you would need for your stay. Communication from the owners was absolutely phenomenal.

Beautiful home, they have everything you might need and more. Comfy beds, plenty of linens. Great pool. We really enjoyed staying ,in this home. You won't regret booking this home.
