This property is a self-catering vacation rental designed to provide guests with the comfort and convenience of a private home stay.

To help you settle in upon arrival, a starter supply of essential items is provided, including:

Please note that additional consumable items such as shampoo, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, trash bags, and similar personal or household supplies are the responsibility of the guest during their stay.

For health and safety reasons, spices, condiments, salt and pepper, and household cleaning supplies are not stocked in the home.

No pets are permitted on the property.

Pool & Spa Heating Information

Pool and spa heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

If you would like to add pool/spa heat to your reservation, please contact us at least one week prior to arrival, as most pools require approximately 24–48 hours to reach the desired temperature after activation.

Electric Pool & Spa Heat: USD $30 per day plus applicable taxes

A USD $50 call-out fee will apply for same-day or after-arrival activation requests
Important Guest Information & House Rules
Pool & Spa Heating

Pool/spa heat must be added for the full duration of the stay.

Pool temperature is maintained between 83°F–86°F and cannot be adjusted.
If the home has a spa, pool heat must be purchased in order to heat the spa.
The spa is heated by the pool system and is not a standalone hot tub. Maximum spa temperature is approximately 98°F.

Please note that pool heaters automatically shut off when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F to protect the equipment. Heating will resume automatically once temperatures rise. Refunds are not provided due to weather-related interruptions.

Pool/spa heating is available from October 1 through April 30.

Pool/Spa Heat Fee: USD $30 per day plus tax
Same-day activation requests are subject to a USD $50 call-out fee
No Smoking / No Pets
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or around the property.
Pets are not permitted.

Violation of either policy will result in a USD $350 cleaning fee plus tax and may result in removal from the property without refund.

Quiet Hours & Community Rules
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No parties or events
No loud noise after 10:00 PM
No RVs, trailers, or boats permitted
Please do not block sidewalks, fire hydrants, or neighboring driveways

All trash must be bagged and placed inside the designated trash bins.

House Rules
Minimum booking age: 25 years old
No candles
No eating or drinking in bedrooms
Please lock all windows and doors when leaving the property
