Stayed Jul 29, 2025We had a wonderful time at Paul’s place. It looked even better than the pictures. Also the area was perfect. Beaches and other facilities are close by. The communication was very good and pleasant. I recommend this place very highly. Thanks for a great time.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025This was a lovely house and exactly as described. Paul was a very responsive host, and very kind to allow us to extend check in and out times around our flights. The local cleaning team were also great and communication was easy. Weather was variable when we were there, but it didn't matter - the pool was warm enough to use in all weathers. Couldn't recommend it more!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024The villa was great because of facilities and location. It was our 4th stay in san antonio budens and we love this place because of golf, salema beach and great food. The service at the villa by carmo was superb. Will come back again

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Lovely spacious villa with fabulous pool in the hills behind Salema. Even nicer than it appears in the pictures. Plenty of room for the six of us. Nicely decorated and well maintained.
