Luxury 3 Bedroom Beach Villa with heated swimming pool.

A great property in a great location. With a pool, beach across the road and a short walk to the harbour the location was ideal and a great relaxing time had by all.

Super villa and host. Location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet break in the sun with enough amenities within a 5 minute stroll. Having both your own pool and the beach across the road is great.

We had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks and can honestly say this is the best villa we've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, well-laid out, fab AC/wi-fi, warm pool, comfortable beds, quiet/private, easy to find - the whole lot! The outside undercover eating area - with ceiling fans - is worth a mention in itself as is the roof terrace where we watched the meteor showers. In terms of location, the villa is walking distance (between 5 and 8 minutes) to a number of very good local restaurants and a great beach bar but is away from any noise/bustle. There's a well stocked supermarket within 10 minutes and boat trips run from the lovely marina - also 10 minutes. The beach, as indicated, is right across the road and great just to pop over to for a swim! Communication with Katie, right from our first inquiry through to checkout was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

This is the fifth villa we have hired in the latchi area and by far the best. The villa was clean and tidy upon our arrival and the entry instructions from the host were helpful and precise. For us location is the numbrr one factor and this had it all. View of the sea, 2 minutes walk crossing over the quiet road and you can swim in the warm clear, calm Mediterranean. Nearest bar/restaurant 3 minutes walk, shopping within 10 minutes walk. The pool in the villa itself was clean and warm with plenty of room to top up the tan and plenty of shaded area's to get out of the heat if required. Beds are comfortably and the air-conditioning throughout the villa ensured it felt comfortable inside. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you need. With the England games being on whilst we were there it was a bonus to be able to get UK tv channels. Will definitely look to book again.

What a great place to stay! Beautiful place with everything you could want, great comfortable bedrooms, outstanding pool, tables and chairs in a number of places to have food or just while away the time! Oh and an outstanding roof terrace! All this and just a slow 5 min walk to Latchi harbour with its lovely restaurants and cruises. Katie, the contact for the Villa, was so helpful, thank you so much. We also met the owners who were really nice! I’ve got to come back here again 10/10 very very highly recommended for a holiday to remember.

Spacious villa, stunning pool with a great view of the beach, good sized bedrooms, lovely kitchen with lounge area to kick back with the A/C, local bars and restaurants within walking distance ( the Island bar was our favourite) easy access to local bus routes to Polis and the big supermarket so didn’t need a car. At the local harbour a boat trip to the blue lagoon is a must i’d suggest the sunset BBQ one for value for money, certainly if we were lucky enough to come back this is where I would stay again.

Only stayed for a week. Villa was spotlessly clean inside. 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite. Open plan kitchen and lounge. Kitchen has everything you would expect at home, including a large american style fridge. There is a small utility at side of building. Lounge has TV and seating for at least 6 plus a dining table for 6. Outside a small patio area at the front and at the rear a fabulous mature garden and of course a magnificent swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and of course a bbq. Katie, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and cant be faulted. Emailed her a few time while there and she replied almost straight away, even answering a phone call from me while she was at a wedding. The villa is opposite the beach and only a few minutes walk from bars and the harbour. Only stayed for a week and was very sad to leave. Would certainly recommend anyone to visit Latchi and this villa

Great location close to really good restaurants, cocktail bars, the beach and marina. Fantastic villa with a lovely swimming pool. The villa was lovely and very clean with beautiful well tended gardens. The rooftop terrace is a lovely space to sunbathe in the daytime and relax in the evening. We had a lovely holiday.
