PLEASE NOTE; As we are located in a residential area, we are very conscious of excessive noise both day & night. For that reason;

a) we are a strict NO PARTY house and strictly NO SCHOOLIES

b) we are strict re the maximum of 4 guests (though extra small child/baby is OK)

c) as our villa is 1 of the best& most conveniently located holiday let in Byron, we do not cater for members of wedding parties or other guests with lots of friends in Byron (the temptation is to invite them all to Little Burns St!!)

d) we have parking for a maximum of 2 cars

Villa14 is a modern, two-bedroom villa with its own heated plunge pool, spacious outdoor living areas and a relaxed Byron feel. Tucked away in the heart of town, its just a short walk to Byron's beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Complimentary bikes are available during your stay as well.The villa is ideal for couples, friends or small families looking for a private, comfortable yet luxurious stay close to everything Byron Bay has to offer.

The Villa features two spacious master bedrooms, both with their own ensuites, walk in showers and large baths, wardrobes, TV's and reverse cycle AC's to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

The open-plan living area overlooks the north facing front deck, pool and outdoor dining and lounging spaces. It includes a 50 flat screen Smart TV and a bluetooth soundbar.

Ceiling fans and screened windows and doors throughout allow for natural airflow and coastal breezes.
