Luxurious Villa in Altea with walking distance to beach and old town

Just superb from start to finish. A beautiful villa in a beautiful town and amazing views. This property is perfect for families of up to 10 people.

We absolutely loved our stay in Altea! The house was perfect for my big family and we utilized all of the bedrooms. The highlight for us was the pool and outdoor dining area. It was just perfect. The balcony off the master bedroom was also a treat, with a comfortable sitting area and gorgeous views of the mountains and sea. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pantry essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, seasonings, coffee, etc as well as a tap for filtered water. There was plenty of dishware, silverware, glasses, etc for the whole family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, with plenty of towels for every person, and the central air was really a game changer during these hot summer days. The house was walkable to the city center (about 10 min with the first few minutes being uphill) with cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. One thing I did notice is that the bathroom in the master bedroom appears to be older than the others, and it did have some mold built up on the shower tiles and sink. This was the only place that I felt could use a deeper cleaning. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing family vacation in Altea. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the most amazing stay last week - we checked in later in the day, but Siv, owner, and Torill who looks after the villa were in touch beforehand to go over arrival instructions and we were in within minutes, even Siv was messaging checking we got in all okay! The views are incredible, the property is in a quiet neighbourhood and has many tables around the villa (perfect if you are following the sun!) with fruit trees (lemon) dotted around - producing some of the largest lemons I have ever seen! There are a number of books and games in the lounge - as well as the pool - you’ll never get bored if you don’t leave the villa! But if you do, Altea is just a short drive away, as is the main city of Alicante. We had the most amazing time, and the villa easily accommodated all 7 of us. We will return!

Visited over New Year week. House is beautiful with wonderful shared spaces as well as areas to relax alone. View from second floor porch is gorgeous. Walk is easy to cultural arts center, grocery store, and old city. We walked to dinner most nights. Easy drive to fabulous hiking. This property has it all! Owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Thank you very much! We will be back.

We had a great stay at Siv’s villa. Everything was as described and it was even better in person. It’s a short walk down to Altea old town and about a 20 min walk down to the front promenade. There is a supermarket less than 10 mins away. The view from the balcony at the top was breath taking. Would definitely stay again if back in Altea.

We found the villa an excellent choice for a family holiday. The property is spacious inside and out, very well maintained, appointed and designed. The pool area is a good size and has shade from the palm trees. The villa is in a good location with a view across the countryside and the sea. It is a fairly easy walking distance to Altea old town and some of our party walked to the coastline and on to Albir without too much effort. Cafes, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well equipped property in a beautiful area.
