Luxurious villa, breathtaking sea view, 10 meters from the beach, 5 bedrooms, 10 people

We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. The holiday far surpassed expectations

A fantastic house directly located at the sea. Great view on the ocean. The house is very well equipped with all necessary items and also possible to prepare nice dinner at the house in all variations. We were cordially received by the host with a warm welcome and a fantastic creation of homemade Crepes. Delicious!!! Also the vegetables box! All in all a fantastic holiday and nothing to complain.

There is something very special about this house - never before have I been emotional about having to leave a holiday home! The situation of the house is idyllic. The view of the beach/sea from the lounge changes from hour to hour, so you can sit there every day and see something different, it is truly magical. Access to the beach is at the bottom of the garden and you can walk for miles, build sand castles, fly kites or bathe... it's wonderful. The house is fully equipped for someone in a wheelchair with a lift to the first floor where you will find 3 bedrooms (two kings and a twin) and two bathrooms. There are a further two bedrooms on the second floor accessible by the stairs (a double and a twin). The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms have cupboards stuffed full of fluffy towels for your use. The house also has a pool table in a huge games room with toys for younger children too... we spent many a happy hour having pool cometitions! The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you would wish for (the best kitchen ever) and in the garage you will find a large selection of adult and kids bikes, as well as beach towels, body boards, beach games and a kite! Outside you have a patio at the front and one at the back (which is a suntrap) where you can eat out or sunbathe privately on the sun loungers. The host Mme Glidic is lovely and very helpful, but French is definitely needed to get the most information from her. I would return here in a heartbeat.

We have stayed in this property a few times, it is comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space, inside and out. The view from the lounge is beautiful and ever changing, with easy access to the beach, through a gate at the end of the garden. We are always made to feel very welcome by the owner. It's a perfect place to relax and recharge.

A superb and well equipped property with a fantastic view. Although we didn’t need it, this property is disabled friendly and includes a lift to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Thanks for the unexpected extras of bikes, full sized pool table and the game of Mölkky (now in order for home ?). It was a pleasure to meet you Yvonne and Olivier. Sorry our French speaking was so poor. Thanks for providing the Nespresso and all the vegetables.

Yvonne and Oliver's house was perfect for our stay. Our group of 9 adults had enough room to stay for a week. The house has everything you need. The photos do not do it justice!! The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge was beautiful with the ever changing sea views. The beds we made and very comfortable. There we lots of towels and beach towels were provided as well. The large garage accommodated our seven motorcycles with ease. There is a nice outside seating area though patio doors off the kitchen, which you don't see in the photos. There is a little bar 150 meters down the lane and you can walk to the village where there is another bar and boulangerie. Yvonne and Oliver were lovely, they left us some home grown salad and veg and even put some flowers in the house. The property was extremely well equipped and very nicely presented, the photographs do not do it justice. It accommodated the seven of us easily, with the bonus of a games room and a choice of outside spaces. The view from the lounge was stunning, an ever changing spectacle of colour and light, which was very relaxing. The beach was easily accessible from the property, as was the village, the bikes provided were a good way of exploring the local area. Yvonne and Olivier made us extremely welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the home grown produce left for us. We had one wet and windy day and decided to light the fire, again this was well catered for. Thank you for a memorable holiday in a lovely property and wonderful location, we are already discussing when we are all able to return.
