Ti an Dossen the house of Dossen, it has the charm of a house of character with its large slates, its blue shutters and the modern comfort that you can expect from a completely renovated house.

It is located in a quiet street near the National Forest, the Ile de Sieck, 300 m from the sea on foot, 230 m as the crow flies.

All the living rooms of the house are on one level, the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, a bedroom as well as the terrace, the veranda, which makes the house pleasant for people with mobility difficulties. .

The house has 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs one on the ground floor you have 8 beds, but the house is also suitable for a stay for two because it is cozy and warm. The living room with the fireplace and its alcove. The pleasant veranda in all seasons, a calm environment in an enclosed garden.

In our price everything is included:
Electricity, firewood in winter, quality household linen, sheets and towels (the beds are made). We have installed a water filter, to avoid the purchase of bottles.

We (4 persons) stayed in the house for two weeks in April and May 2019. The house has a superb location very close to the beach of Le Dossen. This is a famous place for windsurfing and surfing with nice waves. The street is very quiet with only a few cars a day passing through. Supermarkets are just a few kilometers away in St Pol de Leon. Brest is less than an hour driving. The house is well equiped and has been furbished with an eye for detail. We realy enjoyed the wood fire and the table tennis. Therefore, we can definately recommend this house as a holiday location!
