We loved this property. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The beds were terrific; everyone had the perfect night's sleep. The four of us had plenty of room, and it is rare to have a three-bedroom condo where everyone has their own bathroom. The views were great too, which turned out to be important during our rainy weekend. We enjoyed the view from the patio without getting wet. Communication, parking, check-in, and check-out were all easy. We would absolutely rent this property again. It is the best condo we have ever booked anywhere.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and Lynn had everything there you could possibly need for your stay. All the extra little touches (wine and cookies!), extra linens and even beach towels, provided for a stress free, relaxed vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful unit. Equipped as if it were your own home, not a rental. Owner is responsive and available. This is clearly a 5 star condo with a perfect location. Spotless, filled with everything you will need with extra comfort touches.

This condo is sparkling clean, comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms are all large enough for adults. They thought of everything. It was a wonderful stay.

This is truly one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in, for so many reasons! First, the owner, Lynn, is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. The attention to detail and the care she puts into making sure you have everything you need for your stay is definitely above and beyond.The home itself is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. We came for a girls’ trip with my three best friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The view is breathtaking. You can sit outside, look out over the ocean, and just relax. It was so peaceful and refreshing.Even the little things, like the great shower and cozy touches throughout the home, made it feel extra special. Plus, Lyn left us cookies and wine! We truly felt like special guests. I highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to come back in the future. It was an amazing stay from start to finish!

Very well appointed with many household supplies provided. Good view. Very clean. Master bedroom bed slept well. We have been visiting this condo complex for over twenty years and this unit one of the better ones we have rented.

This place is gorgeous. We stayed there for a week with family and couldnt have asked for a better condo. It was extremely clean, fully loaded with everything you could need. The place itself was well furnished and beautiful. Love the balcony, could hang out there for hours. Great floor plan, having 3 bathrooms in the villa, and everything all on one floor was a great plus! It's so close to the beach and the complex itself was clean and quiet. And the owner was extremely accommodating, we had an issue that arose that was beyond our control and she went above and beyond to help us out. 100% would stay there again.

Condo was perfect for my wife and I and my elderly parents. We enjoyed the pool and the beach while my dad is a great cook and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Condo worked well with two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms and zero steps with the elevator.

The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of all the supplies we needed. Beautiful view of the beach and very nice pool with several shade umbrellas over tables with chairs. It was a great place to stay with my family.

Excellent condo In a beautiful location. Ocean views from balcony you can hear the waves. Everything you could need for your stay at the beach was provided by the host. She checked on us through out our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Lynn went above and beyond!

Both Lynn's hospitality and condo were amazing. The place was very clean and spacious, the view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. Lynn goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have everything they need. Her communication is on point. Additionally, she provides well above the standard starter items (paper towels, dish soap, etc.) other hosts usually.provide. We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and the time at Lynn's condo could have not been more perfect.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful condo with lively amenities. My grandson found a puzzle in the tv cabinet and we all worked diligently to complete it before we left, which was a awesome family gathering!!

Great location, the host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would return again, the unit is very tastefully decorated with great community amenities. It was close to restaurants and shopping, we enjoyed the gated community and peaceful atmosphere.

Our time in Isle of Palms was perfect, thanks in large part to our accommodations. Lynn is the ultimate hostess, providing us with everything we need and more. From the welcome bag to the laundry detergent, beach towels, kitchen gadgets and zip lock bags, Lynn has thought of everything to make a vacation memorable. We had a fun week on the IOP. This villa is lovely and was very well stocked with supplies. Our host was very helpful during our planning stage and stayed in touch to insure we had everything we needed. She even checked on us after a storm blew through. Check in and out was very simple.

Our Bookclub has stayed here for the past 4 years. It is an amazing stay. It is always so clean, so immaculate, and packed with everything you might need for your stay. No trudging loads of household products with you for your week. They have everything your heart desires. Lynn, the owner is easy to contact and answers your questions quickly. She has let us in early…when it can be done effectively….so that we can start our vacay as soon as we get there! It is a treasure for us! We will keep coming back…..

Where to start???!! This is probably one of the best, if not the best VRBO rental my family has ever booked. It was sparkling clean, gorgeous, with ample space, comfortable accommodations, and spectacular ocean views. We loved the location, it was quiet and a removed located on one of the best beach locations (tidal pools and sandbars galore) on the island, yet close enough for us to enjoy the wonderful amenities at the Sweet Grass Inn located just down the beach or biking path. Lynn was an exceptional host who has thought of every detail and we were surprised by all the wonderful resort amenities left in the villa to make our stay comfortable. In addition to the gorgeous beach, Shipwatch also offers a fantastic pool, is located in a quiet serene area, but is still close to the Wild Dunes amenities which are fantastic as mentioned before. Isle of Palms is also a great location to have as your home base when exploring Charleston and the surrounding areas. Our advice, book this villa, rent some beach bikes, and beach chairs/umbrellas, and prepare yourself for an epic beach vacation and enjoy of a slice of east coast paradise.

This property is absolutely lovely! Well decorated, well appointed with everything we needed for our friends' reunion! The host was very responsive and helpful, providing us with restaurant descriptions and all the information we needed to be completely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, and I'll be recommending it to other friends and family. Can't say enough good about the whole experience.

This condo had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all amenities you could think of, location was nice and quiet! The patio furniture was super comfortable! Complex is nice as well! Playground is no longer there but I am assuming they will replace it with something. Only downside is pool is not heated but nothing in that area is. Would for sure stay again!

We felt our rental was considerably over priced.We have been staying on the Isle of Palms for 26 years usually staying 1-3 months in a larger condominium near this unit. While this unit was well supplied it was considerably under our expectation.

We had a great 9 day stay at this villa and enjoyed all of it with our family. Lynn is a terrific host and was helpful to our every need. The kitchen is the best stocked of any we've ever stayed and we've stayed in many, many places. The beds are very comfortable and the place was spotless. We appreciated the gift package very much and will highly recommend this villa to any family or couple.

Our stay was a lovely experience from start to finish. Lynn is an amazing host, incredibly attentive and responsive to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. The location, amenities, comfort level are outstanding for this rental. The bedding, towels, soft and luxurios mattresses, even flashlights to help with those late evening walks on the beach make you feel like this is your home form the moment you enter. The pots, pans, and stovetop have been abused by previous renters, but didn't slow the cooking at all. But if your not into cooking a couple of evenings, High Thyme and the Obstinanat Daughter are great dinner options.

2 couples and 97 year old grandma stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful stay. The place is well maintained, beautiful, and has all the amenities we wanted. Also the host sent us a step stool so Grandma could get in the bed which was a little high for her. I would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in IOP and Lynn’s condo made our vacation even better. It is so well stocked, safe and convenient parking under the building, easy access to the beach, and quiet.

Hurricane tried to intervene but eventually all arrived safely to this gorgeous unit and had a wonderful stay. The host was great and very responsive In our many years of vacation home renting; this was one of the most comfortable and well appointed units we’ve erer had.
