Luxurious Oceanfront Villa El Oceano with Ocean views

We loved our stay overall. Beautiful home! We had plenty of kitchen utensils and accessories. Plenty of beach towels. We weren’t able to get the tub to get hot water or hold water for some reason, but the shower was nice. The master bedroom was freezing cold and we weren’t able to change it. The property manager came to work on it which was nice, but it remained cold. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there.

The house was very comfortable with a lovely outlook on to the mangroved coastline. With two adult children the bedroom set up was perfect. Plenty of towels were provided too. It was lovely to have our own private pool too.The only negatives was upon arrival the pool had not been cleaned, although was done so soon after arrival. The two Kayaks and Paddleboards were also very dirty and the paddles were no where to be found untill we looked deep in the mangroves and found them well hidden and also very dirty. One Kayak paddle was broken too so unusable.The other comment we would mention, although the kitchen was generally well equipped there were no ice trays provided to make ice and no basic fruit juicer/squeezer.Overall, I would definetely recommend the house.

The residence features are impeccable. The beautiful landscaping outdoors, pool to pergola, welcomes you. The dock extension in the back of the house provides an opportunity to walk toward the sea and be engulfed in its majesty. Thank you for the gifts of chips, cookies, and wine. We really appreciated the kind gesture. The inside of the home was beautifully decorated, clean and accommodating. Throughout the stay, there were times that we had to reach out to you and you were gracious and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home and your services to our friends and family. May God continue to bless you and all of your endeavors. This was a very nice property, well maintained, appropriately furnished, comfortable, clean. I would recommend this place for a family.

Absolutely beautiful house, matches the pictures. Group of 8- 4 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 children. The house was very comfortable for the group with enough space in common areas, outdoors and bedrooms. Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the water and dock from balcony, very comfortable king bed, huge closet and bathroom, room darkening shades. You could not hear the road traffic from the room. Very spacious kitchen, washer (bring soap) and dryer. Pool was really nice and visible across main level for great flow from kitchen/dining/living areas. We asked about a grill and they provided a new charcoal one for us to put together. Didn’t see the fire pit area but didn’t miss it. No elevator. Water off of dock is sea grass/lined with mangroves (we saw two stingrays, a lobster and two iguanas, chickens roaming). 2 kayaks and a paddle board were huge hits for am and pm after day trips. There is a cement ramp on the side of the dock to launch the kayaks. 2 paddle board paddles/1 kayak paddle (no life vests). Snorkel flippers were available in the house- a variety of sizes. Sidewalk outside the house but it’s on a busy road so we drove across the street to the grocery store and beer/wine- fresh fish, premade meals, meat, produce. Bring bug spray! Good location- 10 min drive to Smiths Cove/Spotts beach/George Town. Traffic in pm from west to house. Good communication with host- delay in check in but well communicated. Same with additional requests (more towels, forks, etc.).
