Luxurious new villa with spectacular sea views

We had an amazing, week-long stay at this villa and highly recommend it! The house (both interior and exterior) and the views were incredible and communication with both the hosts and the property manager was seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a brilliant two week stay at this super-modern villa and it is as good, if not better, than it looks in the photos! The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We particularly loved all the luxurious bathroom products and the kids loved the pool toys! The villa has been finished to a very high standard and is a very calming and relaxing place to stay. The two front bedrooms have stunning views across the sea from floor to ceiling windows and there is a lovely balcony off one of them. The pool area is also gorgeous and we spent most of our time here. It’s worth knowing that there are a lot of steps to get to the front door of the villa as it’s built into the hillside (my 80 year old father-in-law did struggle a little but it was no problem for the rest of us!)

The Villa was magnificent, well equipped and exceptionally clean! The views from the pool over the ocean were just amazing. Great location, easy access to beaches and the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this most beautiful property.

This was our second time staying at the property and it was every bit as good as our first experience in 2018. The whole process was straightforward, the owners were brilliant (as ever), the on location support was excellent (as ever) and the Villa was………. FAB-U-LOUS ! The say things come in threes - we will be back that’s for sure.

Our family loved every aspect of this beautiful and well-designed gated home with spectacular views of the sea. The outdoor living space with covered seating areas and large infinity pool with expansive views of the sea and Menorca were incredible -- especially from the second floor looking through the two story all glass window. The rooms had luxurious beds and linens, confortable beds and modern en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms had spectacular floor to ceiling windows with views of the sea and the rugged coastlines. The third a partial sea view and the fourth had a connected sitting area making it a comfortable suite, so it was a good tradeoff for couples traveling with children or who want added privacy. If you enjoy spectacular sunrises, sunny afternoons in the pool, family barbecues, al fresco dinning with stunning sea views of the rugged mountains, plus a close driving distance to beautiful calas -- this home offers that and much more. We will be back.

I think the house is located at the most stunning viewpoint in Cala Ratjada and the owners have opened up a very luxurious home in a peaceful surrounding. Great for families, great for short and long stays.... One of our most enjoyable holidays!

We have had an all round excellent experience with the HomeAway website and when engaging with Sven and his team. Then there is the house and to put it simply the pictures don’t do it justice - it’s phenomenal. From a family perspective it’s well equipped particularly in and around the kitchen. The table football and table tennis were big hits as was the pool. I can’t speak highly enough of this property (the house detail covers everything that it has with it) - my only regret was dawdling at that start and not immediately booking subsequently missing the opportunity to stay for two weeks. You will see from the availability info this place is super popular and rightly so. We were two families with 5 ‘kids’ age range between 13 and 17 and believe me the house was a big hit for this group of teenagers :-)
