The villa consisting of two flats and nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms is absolutely the perfect place for groups of friends or families with children. It can accommodate up to 17 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower. The presence ofa sauna, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a ski room and a bike shed add to the sense of comfort. And in addition, a mobile beer tap system can also be provided here. There are also four well-equipped kitchens including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and kitchenware. Two kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about dirty dishes. Make a nice cup of tea or coffee and plop down on the comfortable sofas in the living room. The communal living rooms with cosy seating area can be found with a fireplace and TV. So even during bad weather, you won't have to get bored here. During nice weather, there is nothing better than looking up the spacious garden with covered gazebo and BBQ you can relax and spend time together. For the little ones, there is a slide with sandpit and a spacious lawn to play on. After a day of excursions, discoveries, hiking or skiing, you can return to the villa and relax. Whether you decide to relax in the sauna or simply enjoy the company of your friends or family by the fireplace or barbecue, it is guaranteed to be a pleasant holiday experience.



The Giant Mountains are interesting in all seasons. If you are interested in nature and outdoor activities, the area offers many opportunities and various attractions to explore. A visit to the Stachelberg fortress or climbing the highest mountain in the Czech Republic, Sněžka, is definitely worthwhile. A unique attraction is also the Treetop Trail in Janské Lázně, which lets you walk among the treetops and provides breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience. And the Adršpašsko-teplické rocks, one of the most popular rock formations in the Czech Republic, are also worth exploring.

Winter sports enthusiasts will certainly find their way here. The nearest ski slopes are less than 4 km from the villa, in Prkenny Dul. And real ski enthusiasts can indulge themselves on the slopes of the largest ski resort in the Czech Republic, Ski Resort Pec. This ski area offers 50 km of ski slopes and with one ski pass you can ski in any of the six separately connected ski areas. Each ski area is slightly different and offers a range of ski runs suitable for different skill levels, so everyone can have a great time on the slopes.
