Lux 2/2 w/firepit next to Kaweah River & 10 min from Sequoia National Park

Lovely roomy super comfortable stay for us, our son and daughter in law. I especially appreciate all the towels. Thanks for not limiting. We had all we needed for meals, wonderful to walk to the river, beautiful peaceful setting and very convenient to visit the National Park

This was perfect for our family! Two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms. Tons of space to spread out. Dining table was big enough for six people and more if needed. We made smores in the backyard. We had a blast and made some wonderful memories. Super close to Sequoia National Park and we saw the tallest tree on earth! General Sherman tree. I would highly recommend. I almost forgot...there's also a garage to park your car. =) Thank you so much!!

This property had a garage. The home was clean, neat, within a beautiful setting inside and out. Perfect location for visiting Sequoia Natl Park. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful to work with.

Had a pleasant stay! The property was clean and the area was peaceful. I accidentally locked myself out of a bathroom. I was able to contact the host through the vrbo app and they were able to send out a maintenance crew member to resolve the issue really quickly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nice location with clean

Good location to Sequoia NP.

The house is in a nice area. It feels very safe. It’s just a few minutes from a market and other shops. The house has a double garage for parking. The air conditioning and furnishings in the house are great.

The house was very clean and towels and bed linens were wonderful. Mattresses excellent. Info provided was excellent. The spices and cooking oil in the kitchen were greatly appreciated as was the plastic wrap. We use the outside grill for each meal and it was very nice and clean. We could not manage to get the main networks on the living room TV, but they were available in the master bedroom. It also would’ve been handy to have a scrubber sponge for the kitchen sink as we did not bring any with us. Having the garage available to us was a tremendous help because it was raining when we arrived. all in all it was an excellent stay

We found the property to be very nice and its location relative to Sequoia and Kings Canyon worked well for us. The village Market and a very good Mexican restaurant are a short walk from the property. Highly recommend!

This home is owned by realtors that really understand what renters are looking for in a rental. It is well stocked, extremely well labelled and many conveniences like night lights and lights outside to see the code for the front door. We've rented a lot of VRBO's but were genuinely impressed with the thoughtfulness that went into this rental. BTW, the location is 200 feet behind the Village Market and 300 feet from a pizzeria and a Mexican restaurant. We didn't try the pizza but Mexican restaurant was very good. It is located about 15 minutes drive to Sequoia Nat'l Park but at least 75 minutes to Kings Canyon whether you drive around or through Sequoia NP to get there. If we return to the area, we will rent here again.

Great place to stay

Our stay at this rental was great! It was in a good location for what we were visiting and the rental was very clean and well stocked. We had trouble with the air conditioner and the owners were quick to respond and take care of the issue and were exceptionally nice. I highly recommend this rental and will for sure stay there again if I ever have the opportunity.Laura

Beautiful property great stay amd close to Sequoia National Park.

Perfect stay. The location of the house could not have been better. There is a market right in front (walking distance) with many places to grab something to eat around. But of course there's an amazing kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to cook so we didn't eat out. Loved how clean the house is. My teenage daughter said, The house has old bones but it's kept up really nicely. I thought that summed it up perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is a huge plus. We also appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. This is a great place to stay.

Very nice place, plenty of room. What a great little town Three Rivers is. Very friendly people everywhere we went. Only thing we didn’t like was carpet in the bathrooms but still felt very clean.

Location was great..the place was clean..but surely can use some updating and paint to the inside...the outside could use a big power washing on the stucco lots of dirt on the outside...carpets could use a deep cleaning also...bathrooms were clean, towels were great..but old fixturesBeds were also good..

We drove over from Fresno for 3 nights, enough to do Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We loved the house. We weren't on the patio much. Bring binoculars to see Morro Rock from the upper corner of the yard. We played Pictionary, provided there, and drew on paper towels. towels,

House was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Close to the market and restaurants. Very clean and comfortably outfitted. A great place to relax after a long day hiking!

Nice short stay to visit both Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon NP. Very comfortable home with both laundry and kitchen. We did shop in Visalia before going to Three Rivers, but there is a small market and restaurants very close to the property. Excellent communication with the owner.

Very nice property with great views and great location to enter Sequoia National Park. The only thing that I didn't like was there was carpet in the master bathroom. Otherwise, this is a very nice property.

Great location

The condo was clean and had everything you could want. It’s tucked back off the main road near a river and it’s very quiet. We had an easy, comfortable stay. The town of Three Rivers doesn’t have a lot of grocery options so if you plan to cook, I recommend getting groceries in a bigger town on the way up. The condo is walking distance from a small grocery store but options are limited.

Perfect home base for our time in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We enjoyed having all the amenities of home during our trip. After long hiking days, this was a perfect place to come home to. The owner’s left great recommendations for the Three Rivers area. We would love to come back!
