Lovely villa w/Private Pool/BBQ–Ideal for Families&Groups

Many thanks to Gosia & Maria for their lovely clean Villa.We had a great time at the Villa it had everything you need even down to the wine glasses and corkscrew.The Villa had ample parking as a car is essential as you can walk to the local shop but as the area is having a lot of on going construction work this walk is definitely a no go in the dark but we knew this on booking but check it out on Google Earth.Just a few improvements needed for our host without being negative.On arrival the steel gate was very hard to unlock this could be made easier, there was a torn and very dirty sun bed we did not know if this had been left for recovering or was awaiting disposal.The bathrooms were very clean and a credit to the team but both bath/shower tap fittings need attention as the water tap diverter did not work properly so half the water went to the shower and the other half went to the bath, so very slow shower pressure, also one bathroom had a new pedal bin the other bathroom had a old rusty bin ?The lounge area could do with a update but the rest of the villa was as the photos, very clean and tidy. The pool was very clean and was cleaned twice on our visit, also the artificial grass was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Once again guys many thanks.RegardsSteve & Mary

We enjoyed a 2 week holiday in this property. It was our first villa holiday having previously stayed in all inclusive hotels. We all enjoyed this holiday so much that we will do villa holidays moving forward and will definitely return to this property. The owner couldn’t of been more helpful and we had no complaints. I would definitely recommend this property

Our family of 4 stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely time. The villa is exactly as you see in the pictures, it’s bright and has a lovely breeze that blows through it if you leave the windows open in the day. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Marina Rubicon and a further 10/15 minutes to the centre of playa Blanca (only 5 minutes in the car). We really enjoyed our stay; check in was simple, any communication with the host was quick and very helpful, the place was very clean and we’d recommend this place highly!

We had a relaxing stay at this villa, 15 minutes walk to the Marina and 25 minutes walk to Playa Blanca (If you prefer a nice casual walk). The Villa had all of the amenities we required. Air conditioning is not available in the villa and would have ben useful during a period of unusually high temperature, although a powerful fan was available in the the villa. The owner has 2 bicycles at the villa which can be used and very useful for quick trips. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stay, thank you.

Villa situated a short 7 minute walk from Marina Rubicon. Very clean villa. Two mountain bikes available free to use. Plenty of parking and good friendly neighbors. Taxis are very cheap and reliable, €2.45 from Marina. Gosia very helpful host. Will stay here again.

Fantastic villa in an excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Host was also great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Nice and spacious. Reasonably well equipped. Clean. Cold pool!! Good information on Lanzarote, restaurants, bars,, etc.

The villa is wonderful, it was very clean and well equipped, it had comfy beds and a lovely pool. The bikes were a very welcome addition, they enabled us to easily explore the entire area. Gosia was very helpful and communicated well with us prior to and during the trip. The location was great for us, only a 15 minute walk to the Rubicon Centre and from there only a further 15 mins walk will take you into Playa Blanca centre. Taxis are very reasonably priced so it makes getting about easy if you don’t rent a car. Thank you Gosia, we had a perfect holiday

We stayed for 5 days in October and had a wonderful time. The owner gave us lots of info on the local area, ideas of where to eat, and the villa itself was perfect for us. Just a short stroll to the marina for lovely food. All very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect for cooling off. I highly recommend this villa for friends or families as it is a peaceful area with a quiet time from 10pm to 8am.
