Lovely Mountain Villa-Close to Amenities-Walk to Fairfield Lk

Roof under construction on the day we were leaving. Work started at 8AM and debri everywhere. Hosts should not have scheduled such work with tenants.Mattresses could be improved. But the place was lovely overall and in nice location. Easy parking and great having upstairs half bath.

We had a a quick couple nights in town while visiting some family also staying near by. The price and location were perfect for what we needed. Had the unfortunate fluke of a water main break in the area but the property hosts were accommodating and communicative to let us know what was happening. Easy access into Cashiers and Highlands.

Great property. House has everything you need in the kitchen, furniture & beds were comfy. It was convenient to restaurants and things to do in the area. The amenities were a plus too.

Wanted to stay in the Sapphire area in the winter and this was a great place for it. Owners were great to communicate with, excellent location with great amenities, including an indoor pool and jacuzzi you can use even in the winter. We will be back.

I used to come here and stay with my grandparents every year. The unit was amazing and had many extra perks. I had a great time remembering all the fun and all the new memories I made with my kids.

Handsomely decorated split level condo with large porch. Easy entrance with very few steps. Complete kitchen. Owners very easy to communicate with. Our second time renting a villa from the owners.

We had a great stay! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the dishes and tools you need. Loved the location right near the lake. We will definitely stay again!

My husband and I had stayed at this property previously and, rented it for our daughter, son-in-law & 2 grandchildren on a recent visit. Everything was good with the rental except for the heavy perfumed smell that seemed to come from a fragrance adaptor plugged into an outlet. Both my daughter & I disliked that very much and, removed it during their stay. My husband and I had a separate rental and, our daughter did not mention any other issues. I would like to add that both bedrooms and the two full baths are located on the lower floor. However, there is a half bath on the primary level which we found made a big difference when we stayed there previously.

Overall everything was great. Nicely decorated, fully equipped and very clean. We were looking forward to using the amenities but we were unable to use them. My only complaint would be the king mattress. It really needs to be replaced. Too soft and you sink in so deep it is hard to get out of bed
