Lovely attached three bedroom villa very close to the beach

I stayed at the villa with my family, 4 adults, one 1 year old and one 4 years old. It’s a lovely place, it’s very well equipped with everything that you need, like: beach towels, parasols, plates and cutlery for kids, etc. The location is great, not far from Nerja city centre, and it’s a great place to explore other cities and beaches. And the communal swimming pool is a plus! I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay on the outskirts of Nerja. The house is fabulously equipped, the terrace great for breakfast and dinner. The pool is really only two, three minutes away and the sea can be reach in a couple of minutes. The sand beach is next to a stretch with a life guard. There are at least 3 restaurants in less than 10 minutes walking distance. We never walked into Nerja along the beach, as it seemed a touch to far. It's surprisingly quiet consider the number of properties in the area! We would love to be able to return one place ... so much to see! Many thanks John.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a spotless, spacious three-bedroom apartment. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, and the kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The sun-filled outdoor terrace was a favourite spot, perfect for relaxing both during the day and at night. The children had a great time at the nearby pool (2 min stroll), with the option of the beach just a little further away (5 min stroll), where lifeguards were present throughout the day. A 20-minute stroll along the shoreline led us into the heart of Nerja, a vibrant and picturesque town. Overall, a fantastic experience for our family—we’d happily recommend it!

It was a perfect stay. It is a very quiet area. The house is fully equipped, we lacked nothing. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning in each room was great and individually adjustable. We used the terrace overlooking the sea every morning for breakfest and it was nice to sit outside in the evening as well. A clear recommendation.

Good sized property with lots of outdoor space. Very clean, plenty of towels etc. 5 mins walk to beach, had a great stay. John's (owner) communication was great and accurate.

We met with John at arrival, great person very helpful. His property is just perfect, lot of space, kitchen well equiped, 3 bedrooms with aircon, 2 bathrooms good size, good size terrace. We were 4 adults and 2 children, found the house very confortable. The swimming pool is just 2 minutes walk, there is a good bar/restaurant at the pool managed bi Nigel and his crew, all great people. Jésus looks after the pool nicely, another fantastic person. We spent 2 lovely weeks there.
