Lovely 2 bedroom villa with pool - only 20 min walk to beach. WiFi.

Back to the place we love and the villa was just as we expected.

Very nice villa in a beautiful town.

Very peaceful yet accessible.

We booked and stayed for one month. The villa location and surrounding community were very good. The pool garden was well maintained by the weekly visit of the gardeners. Unfortunately, the villa private garden was unkept and overgrown. The plastic garden furniture was badly weathered. The interior of the villa is very tired and well used. In the main bedroom, one electric socket was cracked and the other broken and did not work; the main light switch did not seem to have a function. The lower wall socket is poorly mounted. The kitchen is modern; the TV and washing machine work well. The bathroom is small and it was impossible to take a shower without the water splashing beyond the shower area. The whole property was full of clutter. The website photos really do not reflect the current condition of this villa.

Good location, great pool and very clean good size apartment with all appliances and amenities. We will be back

We stayed 2 weeks 8th-22nd Sept and it was very quiet and peaceful. Nice villa with a great pool within a few yards, which was almost a private pool for the stay. Everything you need in the villa except air con. There were fans but not as effective as a/con. The only slight problem we had was the washing machine was very old and did not work but it didn't cause a problem. Easy 20 mins walk to the town -25 back up the gradual hill. Would highly recommend Bar 21, only 5 mins walk away. The owner Sean was very helpful and always replied very quickly. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone

The villa is clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. Situated in an ideal spot close to the communal swimming pool and one of the best restaurants in Moraira a few minutes walk away.

The villa was in a very good spot and the pool was lovely....very quiet when we were there so mainly had it to ourselves. As previous people have said it is approx. 20 minutes walk into Moraira and there is a very good local restaurant - Ca Pepe - about 5 minutes walk away that is excellent. Not terribly Spanish I know but they do a fantastic Sunday roast. There was everything we needed in the villa although must admit did not do much cooking as we like to go out. All went very smoothly and the owner Sean is very helpful. Summing up I would say that for the money it is excellent as a base for exploring the Costa Blanca - not luxurious but very good for the price paid - and you can see the sea from the balcony!!!

The villa had everything you need. The only down side was an issue with the pool. Being a nervous swimmer I took a small swimming ring into the pool as a genuine swimmimg aid and was told by the caretaker that it was not allowed. At the time there was only myself and 2 others in the pool. This may be an issue if you are traveling with children. Unfortunately I would not book this villa again for this reason

We was so relaxed and went in the swimming pool every day we where close to all shops and beaches are so close to walk to we hired a car there and went to local others shops and markets we will go again soon
