Close to the amenities of the village of Nigüelas and the highway leading to the beaches of the Costa Tropical, yet nestled in the peaceful surroundings of olive groves, this house allows you to enjoy any vacation you want, whether it's a cultural getaway or pure relaxation.

On the first floor (ground floor), there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, accessible for disabled guests. On the second floor (main floor), there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a spacious living-dining room with a double ceiling, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a large fireplace, and comfortable sofas where you can take a restorative nap. From this room, you can access the bedrooms on the ground and upper floors. On the third (upper) floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are located on the ground floor of the house.

Outside, you'll find a large porch with a barbecue that opens onto the private pool area. Here, you can cool off, enjoy the sun on the poolside chairs, and make the most of the peaceful surroundings. In the pool area, you'll also find another separate toilet.

    La casa es magnífica, amplia y rodeada de naturaleza

    Fuimos a celebrar la navidad en familia (abuelos, hermanos, hijos, tíos, nietos, sobrinos) y aunque nos llovió casi todos los días disfrutamos mucho de la casa y sus alrededores, el pueblo de Nigüelas y el sendero de La Pavilla. La casa está equipada para no pasar frio, y la chimenea es excelente. El porche techado nos permitió también disfrutar del exterior con un horno de brasas chulísimo. Cuando levantaron las nubes, pudimos ver la preciosa vista de la montaña nevada desde el mismo porche, una sorpresa impresionante. Muy recomendable.

    Pasamos unos días magníficos, disfrutando mucho de la piscina y del maravilloso entorno. Nigüelas es un pueblo precioso, acogedor, muy tranquilo y la casa está a tan sólo a media hora de Granada. A 5 minutos está Dúrcal con todo tipo de tiendas y servicios. Para desconectar y descansar, es el lugar perfecto. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo.

    très bon séjour dans cette maison calme et bien équipée. agréable de vivre dehors au bord de la piscine. quel plaisir de faire la cuisine dans le four a bois exterieur. que du bonheur

    Logement parfait pour l été avec belle piscine. Seulement nous étions là pour noël. La maison était restée fermée donc froide et seulement une cheminée il a fallu allumer la cheminée et attiser toute la nuit pour réchauffer la maison.

    Maison agréable et bien située relativement calme.le séjour s’est Bien passé malgré quelques désagréments. Literie à remplacer dans toutes les chambres. Suite à notre demande la propriétaire devrait tout changer.Nous avons demandé des transats, le changement de la serrure de la porte d’entrée que nous ne pouvions plus ouvrir et quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants. La propriétaire a été réactive et a répondu à nos demandes.
