This picturesque holiday home is situated in a 1000m2-wide fenced plot and it is decorated with the most authentic rural style you would ever imagine. The sense of intimacy and tranquillity you will experience in this small, but rich-in-atmosphere villa will make you want to spend here your whole holiday.

In this one-floor holiday home, you will have at your disposal twobedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, all of which are equipped with hot/warm air-con. Moreover, you will find a big bathroom with shower and a perfectly-equipped kitchen open to the vast living room provided with a fireplace.

In the outside area, there are two terraces, one in the main entrance, and the other in the backside door, in addition to a 7 meter-long fenced swimming pool, a petanque court, barbecue and private parking.

Great villa, warm welcome. Villa was clean and well serviced. Pool was a good size and very clean. Town only a few minutes away, but was far enough away to have a rural feel. Would happily return and would recommend to others

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit freundlichem Empfang und es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Sehr atmosphärisch. Das Dorf Orgiva ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte. Wunderschöne Umgebung.

The villa is located just a short walk into the town of Orgiva but in a very private and peaceful position. Lovely pool area with views of the mountains. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped. Parking is within the gated grounds.

Gelegen in een mooie omgeving en mooi dorp. Een goed onderhouden huis, mooie tuin en zwembad dat Paco regelmatig kwam netjes maken. Liet eerst een WhatsApp berichtje of hij mocht komen. Privacy werd volledig gerespecteerd. In het dorp een paar goede supermarkten, en dat was wel nodig, want buiten enkele pizzeria en halalrestaurants waren er niet zoveel eetgelegenheden.

C’est un endroit que je recommande vivement !! La villa était nickel à notre arrivée, irréprochable très bien entretenue sans parler de l’équipement, on ne manquait de rien il y’avait vraiment tout ce dont on avait besoin…la situation géographique au top nous avons accès au village à 5minutes à pied! Les hôtes sont super accueillants et à l’écoute de leurs clients ! Nous avons passé trois semaines magnifiques dans un cadre exceptionnel vraiment sans regret!!

Wir hatten einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt in dieser gepflegten, sauberen, schönen Unterkunft. Haus, Terrasse, Pool, Garten und Carport ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen und sie zeigten sich sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr schön im Grünen und ruhig am Ortsrand von Orgiva. Zufuß kann man alles sehr gut im Ort erreichen, so ist die Lage ideal. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen ins schöne Alpujarras.

In Orgiva is zelf niet veel te beleven. De natuur is echter adembenemend mooi. Het huis is ook prachtig, schoon en goed afgeschermd. Vanaf Orgiva kun je door middel van zeer goede snelwegen, verschillende steden bezoeken. Wij zelf hebben Granada, Malaga, Montril en nog andere omliggende dorpjes bezocht. Het huis en zwembad zijn echt heel schoon. Het huis is van alles voorzien. De verhuurders zijn echt zeer vriendelijk en staan gelijk paraat als er iets is.
