Stayed Feb 4, 2026This was an exceptional place to stay, it was updated and clean. The owners were very nice and you could tell that they wanted their rental to be homey and warm. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed May 13, 2025Great location & even better hosts. Our stay was so convenient to all that was happening on Duval St. And everyday they provided a great “Happy Hour”. Also, the pool & hot tub were excellent to just relax & talk about our day or what our evening was going to look like!

Kevin and Heather have thought of everything from a very comfortable place in the middle of Duvall to a happy hour every night and great complimentary breakfasts. We highly recommend this place on your next trip to the Southern point of the US!

Stayed Dec 5, 2024You could ask for nothing more at Kevin and Heather's villas. Every need is met - breakfast, snacks, daily happy hour. Villa was comfy, beds were comfy, pool was gorgeous and hot tub was warm and inviting. Plenty of friendly neighbors to talk to at the hot tub nightly or on the front porch at breakfast. Heather and Kevin made my 60th birthday trip special - they even did a birthday cake shot for Happy Hour! Loved our short time there and hope to go back next year.
