LITTLE ISLAND Resort, with a total area of 110 sq.m, has
- a comfortable living room with fireplace, full audio system
and a library of dozens of book titles,
- two large bedrooms with king-size beds 2,20 m x 2 m,
overlooking Lake,
- two luxury bathrooms, one with a private balcony to the lake,
- a modern dressing room with four wardrobes
- and a spacious kitchen-dining room with private balcony
and equipped with every necessary devices.

The walls have been decorated with paintings by famous artists,
while antiques and historical heirlooms are harmoniously surrounded
by modern furniture.

For an even more comfortable stay,
there are window screens in all windows,
a laptop, but also a washing machine, clothes dryer,
iron and ironing board.

The special, traditional stone roof,
built with the unsurpassed Epirus architecture,
ensures a constant room temperature throughout the year,
however, for staying during the winter months,
LITTLE ISLAND also has central heating.

The architectural and decorative design has been done
by the internationally renowned visual artist and special decorator,
Ilias Bountouris.
