LILLA VILLA 3-bedroom with Sparkling Pool in delightful Frederiksted with AC

I stayed over a week at Lilla Villa. Overall, a great experience. Comfortable, super clean, large property with a new pool, quiet and safe area property is gated). Perfect place for a family vacation. I could run just over a mile to the beach. Communication was excellent with host and they immediately fixed a minor issue with a lock. My only constructive feedback is it’s definitely for vacationers who will spend most time outside. I wasn’t there on vacation and the furniture and utensils were all reasonable, but minimal for long term, indoor use. For example, the TV is in the bedroom and there is no TV in the living room (just a table and sofa so a little sparse for hanging out for too long).

We had an excellent stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to Frederick town. There are also a few beaches within five minutes drive. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Croix.

Our Happy Place!I am from the island, and whenever my husband and I visit, we need a place to stay. This is our second time staying at Lilla Villa. We discovered this beautiful property in search of a place for our visit in June/July of this year (2025). All that Lilla Villa offered during our first visit sold us on this awesome property that we now refer to as 'Our Happy Place!'What we LOVE about Lilla Villa is: it's clean, spacious, the pool, laundry, facility, and especially the location, privacy, and security (Gated!). The location is a short drive or walk to downtown Frederiksted, restaurants, and the best beaches on the island - Rainbow Beach and Dorsch Beach.Lilla Villa is well decorated and equipped with essential appliances/utensils - providing the comforts of home away from home The communication with the Host and the Property Manager, Michael was accommodating and helpful.Michael was very responsive to all our needs. We plan to return to Lilla Villa and highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our fabulous stay from June 30 to July 6, 2025. It's our new go-to location on St Croix. Gated and nestled in a setting with lots of tropical privacy, the host has created a cozy oasis that far exceeded our expectations. Michael greeted us with courtesy and professionalism, provided an excellent orientation, and was available on call. The manicured landscaping and attention to detail in the interior and exterior building upkeep were impressive. The quiet, private, and relaxing pool setting was also a bonus. Super-convenient drive to Frederiksted Town, Fort Frederik Beach, and Rainbow Beach. In addition, the impressive Welcome Basket included wine, coffee, snacks, and laundry detergent. Highly recommended.
