Legacy Villa 405 | Just a Short Walk to the Beach!

* Battery bad in Ac Pad* Missing bulb in dining room* 3 pool armbands when 4 was needed.* No Grill/ 25 to use club grill* Being told it wasn’t cleaned and having to wait for inspection.* Trash can is left room was full* Jacuzzi Tub doesn’t work* 2 big Roaches in the cabinet* 2 mousetraps in food pantry which is nasty in itself* Loveseat broken* Footrest on kitchen barstool broken* Sent messages about armbands and grill to which I didn’t get a response back all weekend

Very nice property and unit. Well decorated and nicely taken care of. Balcony overlooks front pool. Kitchen has basic stock. Bed linen had a stain but wasn't a deterrent as it looked like an old stain. Lacks lighting in the living area as there are only two lamps for lighting and natural light so if you want to read, this may be a bit difficult. When they say check-in is at 4pm, they mean it. The house door lock does not allow even a minute in advance. We tried at 6 minutes, 3 minutes and at 4pm, it enabled us entry. We reached out via message and did not get any response bc we clearly thought there was an issue. We have always enjoyed when the hosts contacts us to let us know our rentals are available before the actual time. Overall a nice community and nice property.

You asked 3 times for a review. Here it is. Overall, Fair. Bathroom was not clean at all. The tub/shower was the worst. We think you might need to replace your cleaning crew! The cleaning supplies were not put away. Also, the garage was not available. For the price, it should have been a lot cleaner.

This place was amazing. Plenty of room for my family. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Balconies overlook the front pool. There is another pool in back of the property. Beautiful ponds and sitting area on site. No access to garage so we just parked in front near pool and club house. Thank you, we would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. The location was awesome. It has two swimming pools, one was a play area for the kids and the other one was mainly adults but kids were allowed. So relaxing at night and beautiful just relaxing in the jacuzzi. This will be my primary spot when I come back to Gulfport.

I had contacted the renter and did not get a response about how to park in garage. We had open parking which was fine, but we payed for a place with a garage.
