What a truly amazing place, the house, the beach, the harbour and the town. Make sure you catch the ferry to Ile de Brehat so much to do there and no cars.We had a wonderful family holiday

Ideally placed both on the beach and 200m from port, restaurants, shops. Lovely garden and stylish house.

We were a family group of 14 aging from 3yrs to my dad of 88yrs. There was something for everyone to make it a memorable holiday. The property is amazing safe and secure. It has everything you need. Spectacular views, walking distance to town and beach. Thank you so much for everything Tania

We had a wonderful experience at this home with our family while on holiday. We had our 7 and 5 year old grand daughters who truly enjoyed outdoor activities the house had to offer. The private yard features a giant trampoline, and access to the marina. There are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards; we would go out daily on the beach with amazing views of Paimpol. The house is beautiful and we took advantage of the patio for sunset dining outside. There are so many rooms we had 7 of us in the family and still some extra beds to spare. The restaurants are walking distance so you can have crepes or fresh seafood at the market and much more. We definitely highly recommend this property!

Le Petit Manoir has fabulous facilities and is a beautiful property. In a great location, equipped to entertain our party of 13 of 3 generations.

What a wonderful holiday home in Paimpol, Brittany. We were a party of 11 and what a great time we had. The house was in an ideal location, a very short walk into town with it’s varied bars, restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for us, right near a beach and lovely to watch the boats on the water. There was plenty of room inside the house for our party and we ate in most evenings, enjoying local cheeses, pate & red wine and also had couple of barbecues. The rooms were nicely decorated & beds very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come to Le Petit Mansion for the location and beautiful house - what’s not to like!!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Petit Manoir. Very well equipped, wonderful surrounding (near to beach and center of Paimpol), space enough for 12 persons.

A great place for an extended family holiday. We had ages ranging from 14 months to pensioners and all had a brilliant time. This spacious property was well equipped inside and out and we wanted for nothing. Although only a short distance from the town and harbour it was in a quiet location. The safe beach being on our doorstep was perfect with young children. The bay, also, gave ideal conditions for kayaking and paddle boarding even for novices. A week was far too short :)

Our family of six adults and 5 grandchildren from 4 month to 7 years had plenty of space and many more bedrooms which we did not use because some family members we had planned for could not make this trip. Le Petit Manoir is very well configured and laid out and occupies a superb position right next to a lovely port, a beach and is actually right in Paimpol, a very interesting town with good restaurants, shops and a lively market. We all felt very safe and most comfortably staying at Le Petit Manoir, whose owner was very friendly and helpful. The towns and villages around Paimpol provide many attractions for sightseeing and of course they all have their markets. We hope to return to Paimpol sometime soon.

Very clean and has everything you would need in a holiday home . We all enjoyed our stay in Paimpol except for too many oysters!
