Stayed Nov 26, 2025The sink was clogged. The dishwasher was full of sticky water. The chairs were nasty. The dryers did not dry the clothes. The kitchen was not fully stocked with utensils. The TVs upstairs and the TVs downstairs in the bedrooms were not working. I'm glad we brought our kitchen from home because if we didn't, we would have been in trouble for Thanksgiving. My overall experience was terrible. It all started when our first house was canceled, and then the next two houses were canceled as well. Vrbo extended a price match to give us a better home, but it was a poor one. I am now rethinking using Vrbo again. I may consider going straight through the resort. I know you may not read this comment, but for others, I hope it will make their stay better.

Stayed May 5, 2023The home is beautiful and our stay was nice. However, we were disappointed that it was not communicated to us that we did not have access to the water park. This could have been in oversight on our behalf, but it was assumed that the property of which we were residing was included because of the picture advertisement that was on the website. As for the house, we noticed a few cosmetic problems, with hopes that you were aware of before our stay. In addition, a couple of rooms were WITHOUT a tv remote, toilette tissue (it would have been nice to know all amenities included prior to renting property—extra bath towels/wash clothes, pool towels, dish clothes, soap, etc.), and a working fan, including the patio fans. Other than what’s mentioned above, our family enjoyed the stay, and we now know how to plan/prepare for our future visits to such properties. Thank you!
