Stayed Apr 5, 2025TV's hard to work, stains on carpets, AC downstairs doesn't cool properly. The bed linens underneath sheets were not clean.property needs some interior fixes . Good location

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Cleanliness of the property was not As clean as I would like it, but it clean enough to stay. We had no A/C the four nights that we stayed. We called to have fixed twice and both times the property manger said it was fixed. The downstairs stayed in the 80’s. Please note that three bedrooms down stairs share one small bathroom. All five bedrooms upstairs have bathrooms.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Pro: Great Location, community pool was nice. Cons: AC on main floor would not stay at temp and kept resetting to 75 every time we tried to set it cooler. Carpets were extremely stained and dirty, mold in the bathroom, kitchen chairs were broken, one of the beds had a bolt missing and we had to fix it so someone could sleep in it, refrigerator would work one day and then it would be warm the next day and then start working again later. Pool system would shut off early and there was a layer of bugs on top of the pool due to the filtration system not being on. Hot tub did not work. Ice maker was frozen solid-they sent someone to fix that. They said someone would replace the AC, without even checking the thermostat issue. We arrived home to find the front door wide open and three men in the house replacing the AC, after we had been told they would be there the day before. The property management was responsive, however the AC issue was never fixed so the people on the main level were so hot at night especially at night.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024We enjoyed our stay the place was clean the rooms were big and spacious my. You can tell the place has been lived in. We enjoyed our 5 day 4 night stay we went to Island of Adventure and Valcano Bay, we were able to get in and out with ease would stay again. It was 15 of us 2 toddlers and 2 kids the rest adults.
