House Rules

* No pets allowed
* No smoking inside the house; a $250 fine will apply if this rule is
violated. Smoking is permitted only in the external areas such as
the balcony and pool area.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and costs $35
per day with a minimum of 2 consecutive days of operation. Note
that the temperature will not exceed 95F and the heater will not
function effectively in cold weather.
* Attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets; it will have
the same temperature as the pool when heated.
* Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
* BBQ rental is available for an additional fee.
* Trash should be placed in the resort dumpster daily to maintain
cleanliness.

Notes and Warnings

* Complimentary supplies are provided only to get you started, such
as a limited quantity of toiletries and cleaning products.
* Guests are advised to bring their own personal wash towels as per
hygiene recommendations.
* The property is self-catering, so guests will need to purchase
their own food and additional personal items.
* If ordering online, note that USPS does not recognize vacation
homes as regular addresses. Only packages delivered by UPS, DHL,
and FedEx will be received.
* Additional charges apply for any damages or extra cleaning
required.

* No daily housekeeping is provided; the property will be cleaned
before check-in.

* Observe trash collection days to avoid clutter.
* The pool heater's safety system may temporarily shut off in very
cold weather to prevent overheating. No refunds will be provided if
the desired temperature is not achieved under such conditions.
