* The property is reserved for quiet stays only, and parties are not
permitted. Penalties may apply if this rule is not followed.

Property Guidelines

* Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with space for 2 in the
garage and 2 on the driveway.
* Rubbish should be securely placed in trash bags of 13 gallons or
larger before being left in the trash bench by the front door.
Loose trash should not be placed there.
* For longer stays, guests are responsible for washing linens and
towels after use, as replacement sets are not provided during the
stay.

* Pool heating is only available when arranged in advance.
* The private pool ranges from 3 to 5 feet in depth, so guests should
take appropriate care when using it.
