Stayed May 25, 2024We are regulars at this resort and have experience multiple home rentals. This buy far is in the top 3 for worst experiences. I was reluctant to rent the property due to no reviews. So here is the first..... We paid for pool heat prior to our arrival; the pool heat and jacuzzi were not turned on until day 4 of our 6 day visit. The pool was not cleaned, the covers on the bed are thin. The carpet was wet as if it had been cleaned the same day as our arrival resulting in wet socks and slips. There are stains on the couch that look to be bodily fluids. The towels where dingy and we had to buy wash clothes to shower. Summary, we ended up renting another home after 2 nights in this property. Very disappointed!!
