Parking

* Standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles,
RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts and boats are not allowed.
* Street parking is not permitted, and vehicles should not be parked
on the grass or in a way that blocks the sidewalk.
* Vehicles parked outside the permitted areas may be towed at the
guest’s expense.

Amenities and Services

* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
* If pool heating is arranged, the pool and spa heat together and
share the same temperature, up to 95°F.
* Pool heating works through heat exchange, so performance can be
reduced in colder weather and may pause temporarily for safety
reasons.
* Package deliveries to vacation homes can be limited; some standard
postal deliveries may be returned, and parcel acceptance may vary
within the resort.
