* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added peace of
mind.
* The attached spa is part of the pool system rather than a separate
hot tub; it only heats together with the pool, reaches the same
temperature, and does not include jets.
* In colder weather, the pool heating system may pause briefly as
part of its safety function, and heating may occasionally be
unavailable.

Waste Disposal

* All rubbish should be securely placed in plastic bags before
disposal.
* Trash should be left in the valet bin at the side of the home for
collection each morning.
* To help keep the property tidy, trash should not be left outside
overnight.
* A dumpster is also available in the parking area behind the
clubhouse.

Deliveries and Services

* As this is a self-catering stay, guests may wish to pick up any
additional supplies needed during their visit.
