Parking Rules

* The community permits up to 5 vehicles per home.
* Please use designated parking areas and keep sidewalks and grass
clear.
* Street parking is not allowed.
* Overflow parking may be available, although spaces are unassigned
and cannot be reserved.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats
are not permitted within the community.
* Vehicles parked outside community guidelines may be towed at the
guest’s expense.

Pool and Resort Use

* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added peace of
mind.
* If pool heating is arranged, the water temperature is capped at
95°F.
* The attached spa is part of the pool system rather than a separate
hot tub, so it only heats together with the pool, matches the same
temperature, and does not include jets.
* Pool heating operates through a heat-exchange system, so
performance can be limited during colder weather and may
occasionally be unavailable.

Property Guidelines

* To help keep the home tidy throughout your stay, trash should be
placed in the outdoor plastic bench each day.
* Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is needed or if
repairs are required due to not following the property guidelines.

Deliveries

* Postal deliveries sent through USPS may be returned to sender, as
vacation homes are not recognized as standard mailing addresses.
* Deliveries by UPS, DHL, and FedEx are generally the available
options.
* In some communities, parcels may be routed to the clubhouse, and
delivery handling can vary.
