Pool and Amenity Use

* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added peace of

* Pool heating, when arranged, is limited to a maximum of 95°F.
* The pool heating system works through heat exchange, so performance
may be reduced in colder weather.
* In cold conditions, the pool heater’s safety system may temporarily
switch off to prevent overheating, and heating may not always be
available.

Deliveries

* Deliveries sent through USPS are unlikely to reach the property and
may be returned to the sender.
* Courier deliveries may be accepted depending on the community’s
procedures, but package handling can vary.
