We invite you to spend an unforgettable holiday in this amazing south-orientated villa (600m2) with four en suite bedrooms, a private heated outdoor pool (13x5m, depth from 40cm to 2m), terraces (75m2) and garden (1100m2), located at 75m to the beach and restaurants in Las Chapas Playa urbanization.

~ Inside
I'm sure you will be conquered at once by the charm of this villa. After passing through the entrance gate, you will immediately notice the beautiful Andalusian-style patio witha fountain, an oasis built inside the house that allows light to invade each corner of the living room. A few steps down, you'll reach a large living room furnished with two comfortable sofas carefully arranged around the coffee table, facing the flat-screen TV and the wood-burning fireplace. An elegant four-sitter dining table is also placed near the fireplace. The living room has two wall-sized glass sliding doors that open onto the terrace, so the room is filled with light, and if you open the doors, you'll even feel the fresh sea breeze.

On the ground floor, you have a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, with brand-new appliances, dishes and utensils. I say beautiful due to its lovely furniture and the charming long window that offers views over the tropical trees and flowers in the garden. Next to the living room, you have a dining room with a round table that comfortably seats 12 people.

An en suite guest bedroom is located on the ground floor, equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), large recessed wardrobes and has a large glass door opening onto the terrace and garden, offering beautiful sea views. The en suite bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and double sink. The guest bathroom is easily accessible from the living room and has a toilet, sink and shower.

Underground, there is a double bedroom for staff, furnished with two single beds (90x200cm), large wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Underground, you also have a large garage for five cars and a spiral staircase allowing easy access directly into the kitchen.

On the first floor, you have two bedrooms, a guest bedroom and a master bedroom, all en suite. The guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), wide recessed wooden wardrobes and an en suite fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. A large glass door opens onto a small balcony (3x1m) from where you can admire the amazing sea views. The fourth bedroom has two comfortable single beds (90x200cm), large solid wood wardrobes, a fully equipped en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a large sliding glass door that leads to a large solarium (4x4m) with breathtaking sea views.

~ Terraces/Garden
Besides the gorgeous, large terrace upstairs (16m2), you have another ground-floor, spacious terrace (50m2) with access from the living room and guest bedroom downstairs. The terrace is furnished with a beautiful set of carved wooden furniture with two sofas, two armchairs and a beautiful Moroccan mosaic tile table. The terrace is also fitted with an 8-seater dining table with beautiful Moroccan mosaic tiles.

In front of the terrace, you have a rectangular heated outdoor swimming pool - heating charged extra 450 euros/week (13x5m, depth from 40cm to 2m), so if the 1-minute walk to the beach seems too much, you can cool down in the beautiful pool with roman steps surrounded by a thick layer of green grass. Pool heating is charged an extra 450 euros/week - please inquire about the exact price as electricity prices are increasing daily. You can lie on the 8 sun lounges by the pool and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean weather, or you can play ping pong with your friends on the spacious terrace. Also, the entire villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and you also have a built-in brick BBQ to enjoy with family and friends.

~ Neighborhood
The villa is located in the exclusive Las Chapas Playa, a quiet neighborhood of beautiful private villas. The entire area is secured and by night security guards patrol the streets.

~ Beach
The beach Playa el Alicate is at one minute walking from the villa (75m). It's one of the best beaches in the area, with fine sand, a width of 25m, no rocks and moderate waves. The good thing is the medium occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sunbed that you can rent from one of the beach chiringuitos. There are a few famous chiringuitos and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) that serve delicious international and local dishes.

~ Shopping/Restaurants
The nearest supermarket, SuperSol, is at just 700m (10min walking) from the villa. In the same area you have a very good German bakery and various restaurants like the Italian one, Da Fabio or Veranda Verde inside the Royal Tennis Club.The biggest mall and shopping center in Costa del Sol, La Canada, with over 150 shops, is only 8km (8min drive) away. Here you can find a large variety of products, from clothes to food or construction materials, including Al Campo hypermarket, cinema and bowling center. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (at just 5km), SuperSol, Mercadona, Lidl or OpenCor. It's important for you to know that all shops are closed on Sundays, except OpenCor (located at a 5 min drive) that is open every day until late in the night. The nearest restaurant is South Beach, at just 50m from the villa, right on the beach. Here you can also rent sun beds and spend an entire day relaxing on the beach with good food and great cocktails.

~ Activities
If you are planning a golf trip, this location is ideal. There are three renowned golf courses very close to the villa (1.3km), Marbella Golf Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18 hole golf course with club house and wellness center, considered in the top 5 golf courses in Spain) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). If you are passionate about tennis, at only 700m from the villa you have The Royal Tennis Club. The Club is renowned for its clay courts, the best on the Costa del Sol, where racquet sport can be enjoyed in the fresh air, in a natural and tranquil environment. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place at just 4km, Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest tree top park in Andalusia. The area is also very well connected to nearby towns and cities, only 10 minutes drive to Marbellas city center (7km), just 20 minutes drive (18 km) to famous Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury and parties, and 40 minutes to Malaga International Airport (47 km).

    This house will take you in a trip to not Marbella but also Morocco with its unique furniture and decor. The facility is equipped with everything a family would need. Location is very close to almost everything including good dining options in a walking distance

    The house is beautiful and better than expected, Dragos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all areas, we had some difficulties and he was able to assist us all the way through. And went above and beyond. Would definitely stay with him at any one of his properties again

    My wife and I and two other couples stayed at this villa for a week in September, and it pretty much met or exceeded all of our expectations. When we were there and weren't sleeping, we spent most of our time outside relaxing by the huge pool, barbecuing and/or eating outside, or else walking a few minutes to the beach. Shopping was only a few minutes away, and it was a snap to hop on the expressway to get to Ronda and other nearby cities and attractions. Dragos was also really helpful, and was always available whenever we had a question.

    My family and I had a great time at Drago's house. The place was totally prepared and within the mentioned equipment, towels, hairdryer, etc... All furnitures were working properly and we had no need to contact Drago at all. The house is really like the pictures, it's a 75m walk to the beach. 2 great restaurants are very close, and big grocery stores and others are 5-10 minutes away by car (uber and cabs works fine and at fair rates) During the reception, its very punctual, all the required information and references were given in a very nice way.
