Stayed Jun 20, 2024This property was great!! Exactly as described in the listing and in a perfect location near the downtown area, so it was easy to get around. Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay. Issac, the concierge, was also super helpful in providing good information and book places and activities for our group! Would recommend any large group to stay here.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024The villa was perfect for a bachelor party. The house has plenty of beds and seating areas that easily accommodated our large group. The amenities, such as the pool and roof top deck, made it an enjoyable place to relax. The villa even had small little touches that enhanced the experience, such as portable speakers and a folding table for games. The location is excellent - it is less than a 15 minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas. William the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Isaac the concierge was a huge help in booking activities and making reservations, and ensured the weekend was both smooth and memorable.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024House was located close to most places 5 min drive from party scene. Issac was very attentive and helped with everything we needed. Would stay again if we were to go back to Cabo.

Stayed Dec 14, 2023This Villa is a hidden gem in Cabo. Stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. This place had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Though it is not in the downtown Cabo area it is only a few minutes walk to the center of town. The views from the 2 upper deck patio’s were amazing. Our concierge, Issac, was very helpful in planning a few excursions during our stay. This was very much appreciated. I hope to visit Cabo again and will definitely keep this place in mind.
