The space
Villa Theodora is built on a slope and the entrance from the street level is to the first floor where you will find yourself in the living-dining-kitchen open area with direct access to the sea view balcony that runs the whole lengths of the house. Two bedrooms open from the living room: one double with seas views and access to the balcony and one twin bedroom with garden views. These two bedrooms share a beautiful island-style bathroom with a shower.

There is an additional cloakroom at the entrance and an outside utility room with a washing machine.

The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find all the appliances that you might need for making a meal and a dishwasher makes it easy to clean up afterward. The cozy living room has got an inside-outside feel with double balcony doors opening up to the terrace featuring the second dining table, outside couch, low seating and sunbeds.

On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms both with their own private entrance and en-suite bathroom, a perfect choice for couples looking for a bit of privacy. One of them is a double, the other is a twin bedroom. They open to the lower garden and the BBQ area with dining table and have views of the garden and the great swimming pool.

The lovely pool area is in front of the house, settled in the olive grove. The pool is very spacious (9 x 3.5 m) and there are sunbeds by the poolside.
