Stayed Aug 2, 2025The position of this house is surely unsurpassed. We enjoyed absolutely wonderful views, night and day. With beach access on the doorstep - and the beach is lovely. a great seafood restaurant next door (La Bon Mere), and a couple of minutes walk to a small number of other restaurants at the Marina.We are English and so struggled a little with the heatwave as the house is not airconditioned, but this would not stop us wanting to visit again - we absolutely loved staying at this special property. Thank you Hubert and Christine!

Stayed Aug 8, 2020The house with its terraces and garden is located perfectly at the beach with an astonishing view. It was the perfect house for 3 families including 5 kids. We had a pleasant time and organisation and conversation with Hubert was smooth and easy. Only downsize was that we had to clean the bedrooms from some dust, but it was okay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time with our 4 kids. The location directly at the beach is great. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine, beach, swimming, restaurants, BBQ's, wine, shopping, karting, rafting, snorkelling, etc. - and there's a lot more to enjoy in the area. The house is really nice with plenty of space, bedrooms and batchrooms. It could use a bit of maintenance here and there, but for a house at the beach we wouldn't expect everything to be in perfect state and for us this wasn't any issue at all. We're very happy we had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks of holiday here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked a week during the busiest time of the French holidays. The beaches were pretty crowded, but being right above one, we were able to have the beach to ourselves early in the morning. The view from the house is amazing and there are 3 tables there to eat very comfortably with that view. There is also a restaurant close by, but we didn't try it. Instead we ate well at the harbour and enjoyed some cocktails and crepes there too. We holidayed with a couple of friends and our teenage kids brought friends too. My son fully appreciated the privacy of the upstairs appartment. They also enjoyed the nightclub scene across the other side. We mostly ate and played cards and soaked up the sun and view. Our friends loved the house too and are thinking of returning with their family. Slightly run down and wifi not amazing, but no big deal. Definitely a fun, charismatic place to stay and would do it again if in Cap d'agde. Met the owners who came promptly to repair a door handle and they were lovely. Great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is beautifully located right above the beach. This results in a spectacular sea view and the sound of the waves crushing the shore as a wake-up sound in the morning. The house is well equipped and maintained with a large garden at the backside of the house. All this results in a very pleasant stay.
