This was our families 2nd year staying here and we again had a wonderful time. The house suits our needs, size and ages very well: 14 people from 3yrs to senior citizens. You can't beat the access to the beach even though the weather was not as good as last year. There are plenty of activities to do nearby.

I do a Christian women’s beach retreat every year and we usually do it in Ponte Vedra Beach. This place was absolutely perfect for us. We’ll be back again!

The pictures don’t do the views justice! Really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The host Kat, was very pleasant to work with and was kind enough to deliver a brand new grill for our stay. I had a blast starting and finishing my days with a dip in the ocean. The location was perfectly placed halfway between TPC sawgrass and the world golf village

The house and location were beautiful but there were some maintenence issues but that were addresed right away. We had some strong storms that caused several spots in the house to leak some water. Besides those few issues the house was perfect for a group of 10 women. Well stocked, beautifully furnished, plenty of beach chairs, location to the water and plenty of room. We would definitely rent this property again.

This was our fourth time staying at this lovely beachfront house. The house is beautiful and it's so nice to be so close to the beach and so close to many good restaurants and shops. The house needs a deep clean and the grass needed to be mowed, but other than that, as always, it is a wonderful place to stay!

This house was perfect for our large family and you can’t beat the view. Would recommend this place to anyone. It’s in a perfect location and so convenient for daily beach access being right on the water. The few negatives we had was hot water was limited and would frequently run out. The beds weren’t very comfortable and could be updated but this could be just our personal preferences. The downstairs bedrooms could be swapped with downstairs master and downstairs room with double queens. Rooms are the same size but double queen room has a bigger and nicer bathroom better suited for downstairs master. Garage fridge leaks some water but is a non issue and a couple roaches were found in upstairs master bedroom. Overall house was amazing and hope to stay again. Only other issue was limited cell signal outside the house but this isn’t a house issue but people should be aware when staying at this location.

This was a great house and location for our family vacation to Saint Augustine. There are great views from the decks and it felt like the beach was a private beach. Very easy access to Saint Augustine. Would definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful.

Overall a wonderful stay! Location on beach with quiet & privacy was wonderful! There were some issues that needed fixing in the home which I had read in a previous review & repair wasn’t made so that was a little disappointing. All in all it’s a beautiful & spacious home! We would rent again & I plan to email the property manager a list of the items which need addressed . Since it’s early in the season hopefully those can be remedied for guests to follow. Definitely a great week!

Family loved the house, there were no issues. Nice big open space and the deck with the view of the beach was gorgeous. We loved finding shark teeth on the beach.

Perfect house to relax after a long day

The location and proximity to the ocean cannot be beat! Amazing decks, great accommodations, plenty of room for our group of 14. We hope to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Guana Kai Beach House! The house was perfect for our group of 14 and the beach was great! It was so nice to have beach chairs, toys and towels provided. It was raining when we arrived early evening of our first day, but that didn't stop this group! We had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the beach, but we did go into town one day and that was also fun! We would really love to come back!

We loved being right on the beach with the closest public access far enough away that it almost seemed like our own private beach. Great restaurants a very short drive away. House was very well updated with comfy beds, and very clean. We’ll definitely look to stay at this same place in the future.

Overall a good house but the small deficiencies started to add up. Front door electric lock was dead. Said they are sending maintenance. Never showed. Had to fix ourselves. The shower in the upstairs bathroom needs replacing. Could not redirect water to shower headKilled multiple roaches throughout the propertyHot water wasn’t consistent. Some days there is plenty, others it’s freezingBacksliding glass door has broken handle. Was unlocked when we checked in and discovered it openThe house did provide a grill, beach equipment and adequate kitchenware so it wasn’t a total bust. Consider this place your second or third option when choosing. Like stated before, could’ve been a great house but the small problems added up which overshadowed to cost paid for the duration of our stay.

I did not bother to notify manager based on how they treated me for a later check out. 9:30 am is the earliest I have had to check out in all my years of renting.

The beautiful- very nicely decorated house, with the view “ocean” people long for. The closeness to St Augustine, the restaurants, the historical sites make it the perfect place for a large group. One of the best places I’ve stayed. I want to go back again !

Property was as described and we enjoyed our stay, despite a hurricane. Convenient to town and right on the beach. Would stay again and recommend.

A wonderful rental Host responsive Loved the location

Plenty of space for our group of 9 and pup! Really enjoyed the downstairs game area and large kitchen. Appliances can be a little complicated, but the “how to” guides were very appreciated. Kat was beyond accommodating for our very last minute reservation! In addition, her communication was extremely timely and saved our weekend celebration!

This house was just perfect! Had more than enough room for our large family and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and well kept. The decks I think were the best part. Turly best decks i have experience in my many travels! Location was great. Right on the beach, easy access too!
