The house is fully equipped and is located in a noble, quiet and very safe residential area near Munich with many green areas and parks. In the garden thereis a large BBQ grill, lounge furniture, whirlpool, trampoline, table tennis table, (optional: water slide).

    Christian met us for check in and gave us a tour of the place and all the information we could have needed. He has also printed out information regarding the area, restaurants, things to do, and Oktoberfest information. Both his and Sarah's communication throughout our booking and stay was amazing. Would recommend to absolutely anyone who is interested in this area!

    The house is updated and modern and fitted very well for groups and families! Sarah and Christian were very communicative and welcomed us at the house to show us everything. Our son particularly enjoyed the racecar bed and toy room! The location is also very close to the train station, which made our stay even easier. We felt very welcome and would love to stay here again!

    This was the perfect house and location for our visit to the Munich/Bavaria area. Booking accommodations from out of the country can be very intimidating, but Christian made the entire process super simple and the property was exactly as described or better. This house had plenty of room for our large family of 6 people. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it nice to have a few meals at the house. The house had plenty of towels and everything we needed. It also had a washer/dryer combo. The hot tub felt very nice after a long day of site seeing. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and free of crime. This house is located less than 30 minutes to downtown Munich, 1 hour to Garmish (Zugspitz tallest peek in German Alps), less than 30 minutes from Dachau Concentration Camp, and a little over an hour to Neuschwanstein Castle. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

    Perfect house for our big group! The kid’s room with all the toys was a HUGE hit with our little one! The house is very well situated, very close to an S-Bahn station and a grocery store. Christian & Sarah were hugely helpful giving us great tips of things to do in & around Munich. If you’re a group of 8 people, don’t hesitate to rent this home!!

    The location was great for us. Nice quiet street and neighborhood and perfect place to day trip the area with a train station close. Grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop and bakery in walking distance. Great hosts who were very helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend
