Lakeside home on golf course - south facing pool & deck - Rotonda West, Florida

The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The home was exactly as pictured, very well kept and clean. We enjoyed our trip very much and will most likely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable property with view over a lake with lots of wildlife to be seen.

We spent a week here in March and, having stayed in a number of properties over the years in this locality, I have to say this is our favourite. The lawn area beyond the pool and sun deck is very pleasant and being south facing was a real bonus as we enjoy the all day sun.The property is in excellent condition and was very clean indeed (best we have experienced to date). Our compliments go to the cleaners and property management team. The pool was also very clean.Everything you could possibly need is provided including a number of bikes, cool bags and chairs and towels for the beach etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a gas bbq provided.The Internet connection is fast and Wi-Fi strong throughout the property. I managed to do a spot of work from my laptop connected to the Wi-Fi, sitting outside with no issues at all.We are very appreciative of being able to stay here and cannot thank Richard and Alexandra enough for their kind hospitality. Hopefully, we will visit again in the future.

Have stayed several times; home is always clean and comfortable. We enjoy the pool and the location is great, close to several beaches and restaurants. Looking forward to spending more time there in 2026!!

This property was everything we were hoping for. It was clean and spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers made beach days so comfortable. The pool and outside area was amazing amazing amazing.

The home was clean and comfortable. It had everything my sister and I needed for an enjoyable week. Pool was wonderful, close to restaurants and beaches. Richard was great to work with and answered all my questions. Rotunda West is a great community. Looking forward to spending more time in Florida in 2025.

Very clean. We really appreciated having bicycles, and beach chairs available to use. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This was our second time staying in Rotonda West. It is a very peaceful area that is great as a base camp for beaches and other adventures. We wanted a clean house where we could set up our family and be able to cook meals, play games, have space, etc. This house met our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a washer/dryer for cleaning our clothes - which helps us not have to pack as much. The pool was a bit chilly, but that was nice for cooling down on hot days. We loved having enough beds for all of the kids and we felt secure with the pool alarm on the doors. We had one question about the pool and the property manager came over within minutes to address our concern. There were also chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which we used quite a bit and which were very handy. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. The one thing that wasn't ideal is that the garage is very short so it wasn't possible to park our rental car (mini-van) in, which wasn't too big a deal since we just left it in the driveway.
