Lakefront Villa in StillWaters – Perfect for Relaxation & Adventure!

Great location and beautiful view.

Right on the water where we could just dock our boat!! Area is beautiful! Beds were comfortable! Great place for our family! Our boys enjoyed the kayaks and the lake! Condo needs some TLC. There are a few things that need to be repaired. Welcome book was missing which had the pass for the pool and tennis courts. However, once the host was notified, a pass was quickly delivered. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was awesome we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will definitely be returning. The view was excellent and so peaceful and quiet!

Nick was very helpful and gracious. However, the unit was lacking. No exterior lights worked on the front so we had to use the car to see to get in and out after dark. The front door is rotted and water logged. With a visible Crack and no weather stripping and it was in the 20s. The floors in the bedrooms were dirty along with the sliding door upstairs. I know it's not the high season, but the porch furniture was in disrepair.

Everything was as it should be, the lake was low, but we were still able to make the dock work. Beautiful Lake loved being able to look out or sit on the deck with my coffee. We did not get to take advantage of all the property has to offer as we were here for the Logan Parks Foundation Fishing tournament. They kept us busy.

Beautiful views. I think we mostly stayed out on the back deck and dock. Clean, comfortable beds. Convenient, full but small kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is what this place has going for it. So beautiful! The paddle boards provided were fabulous. We were disappointed with how the place was kept up. This place needs a DEEP CLEAN and outside needs to be raked/blown off. Leaves were thick! No hand soap in bathrooms. No laundry soap even though check out instructions said to start a load. Small bugs/ants in bathrooms and kitchen. Sliding doors in master were dirty and hard to see through. This place felt like sleeping in a fish camp not a “villa”. Neighbors were super friendly. Garbage cans outside hadn’t been emptied in quite some time. Instructions had us put garbage outside in cans. It was overflowing and nasty. Some of the outdoor furniture was a co-pay waiting to happen! So much potential, but needs attention!

This townhouse was just what we needed for a few days to relax! It has the quintessential lake feel! The beds were comfy and the house was clean. The owner was quick with any questions we had. The rear porch was private even with neighbors on both sides. We spent most of our time just sitting out back! We will definitely be back!

The property has a lot of good points; the wonderful deck, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and closeness to the water.Now for the bad: the dryer did not work and no one came to look at it when we were told that someone would. Ants in the kitchen. The living room TV was on when we got there which I thought was odd. Turns out the batteries were dead in the remote and needed to be replaced. I couldn't find the on/ off switch and I guess the cleaner or the last renter couldn't find it either. No soap in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, no laundry detergent even though we were asked to start a load before we left. We had a good time, but when paying premium price I expect better.

It wasn’t clean inside properly. The linens were not clean. The towels were musty/ sour. The kitchen counter had sugar ants on counter at arrival. The deck outside had spider webs and had to be swept off.

Property is in an ideal location on beautiful Lake Martin. Property Manager was always quick to respond to any questions. The outside deck and pier was fantastic. The inside is updated and well furnished. The only exception is the master bathtub needs to be replaced. The 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. We also found a couple of large utensils that had been put away without being washed. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Lake access was wonderful! Large shaded deck, overlooking the lake was a huge bonus!

Nice place, good proximity to everything Lake Martin has to offer.Its the only rental over the last 15 years that I have returned to.

We stayed for an extended weekend and it was a very relaxing getaway. The property manager responded quickly when I had a question.

Very comfortable, property was accurately described on website. We were extremely happy with this property, beds were very comfortable. Property manager was helpful to our questions, we will definitely come back. Only negative was leaves were all over deck & stairs leading down to lake which was dangerous, needed to be blown off.

Everything about the lakehouse was perfect!

The property is great, with a lovely water view. The unit is nice and comfortable. A little attention to detail would make it excellent: Needs a few more items in the kitchen, fireplace tools and tv instructions.

We just concluded an incredible week staying at this beautiful home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the cozy atmosphere and stunning views of the lake. The wildlife and birds around the area added to the charm, making it a truly magical setting for our small family getaway. Having had the opportunity to experience many VRBO homes—ranging from the most luxurious to those that shouldn’t even be listed as rentals—we can confidently say this one is a gem. It strikes a perfect balance between comfort and charm, making it an ideal choice for a small families looking to create lasting memories. While we rated our stay highly across the board, we did give a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Although the home was generally well-maintained, we noticed a few areas that could have used a little more attention, which is why we held back on a perfect score. Overall, this is a beautiful and cozy home that we will definitely consider returning to in the future Thank you for sharing your lovely retreat with us!

Auburn football weekend. Great location 40 minutes to stadium. Very nice and clean.

We came to Lake Martin to visit the lake and to attend the Auburn football game. The game did not go our way but our stay was wonderful. The condo is decorated nice and the porch overlooking the lake made for an amazing place for morning coffee.

We spent 5 nights here. The best part about our stay was having a waterfront property with great access to the lake and a boat slip. The back deck is in excellent condition. The neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful - they helped us secure a restaurant reservation at a place they highly recommended in Opelika. The living room/dining room is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The oven needs cleaning, and the whisk and can opener are broken however. The property itself needs some work. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a very old pillowtop mattress that sags. It is very uncomfortable. The front entrance needs to have the debris and moss scrubbed off, and I suggest ant treatment on the outside of the property near the kitchen. Although we were very good about keeping the countertops clean and free of food, we had a daily visit from the ants. It's the south, so I get that they are difficult to control from time to time. The small trash bin outside might be some of the cause of that...it needs emptying more often to keep the trash bags in the bin rather than piled outside of it, especially if you spend more than a weekend at this property. The Stillwaters community is very nice. We did rent a boat and very much enjoyed The Landing restaurant nearby. We highly recommend going there. Overall, I wish we could say that we would return, but it did not meet our expectations based on previous reviews.
