This is a nice house on a hill overlooking the beach in a very safe area, 300-400 m walk to the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. It has private swimming pool and a really great patio with big table and beach chairs but covered from sun or rain. Minimal amount of mosquitoes is also a plus.

Perfect villa for a perfect 3 week vacation in Guadeloupe! Communication before, during & after were very timely and clear. The villa is well equipped for enjoying days at home relaxing by the pool, taking in the view from the porch, and cooking meals. We loved the open air style!

The property had everything we needed for a fabulous family reunion over New Years Eve! The view was unbelievable a d the pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Our host was excellent and made sure we knew all the details for the house. We loved cooking in the well appointed kitchen and eating on the patio.

We had a lovely time at this villa with our family including 6 adults, one 3 year old and one 3 month old. The set up with the lovely big terrace right beside the pool was perfect for small children because it is very safe with a fence around the pool but easily accessible to the terrace. We were able to find good take out food nearby and spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying that amazing view. We went to the beach which was fun but after the walk back up the hill we had to jump in the pool to cool off! Great spot for a family get together.

Everything was great - spacious and comfy house, amazing view, great terrace and pool. Roger was responsive and gave us all the information before our arrival, and Jessica on site was really nice and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Saint Francois, and we couldn’t have been happier. We were spoiled by the amazing view and easy access to local beaches, shops and restaurants. The owner and manager are extremely thorough, helpful and responsive. The property has clearly been updated and was even better than the photos. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again on our next trip. Totally wonderful!

Our stay was amazing! The villa is beautiful and it has the most amazing ocean view. Everything was clean and working well. We were greeted my Renee and Nicole who were very nice and helpful. We got lost on our way to the villa and they came to meet us. They always made themselves available to us at all times with recommendations and just overall help since non of my friends and I speak French. I would definitely recommend staying at this home and I plan to return again! Thanks for everything Roger, Renee and Nicole!
