Discover our magnificent villa of 210 m2, with very careful decoration on enclosed wooded land of 1000 m2. Located 500 m from the splendid white sand beach of Amiets, you will only have to put down your suitcases to fully enjoy of your stay in this little corner of paradise. Ideal geographical location for a family stay to enjoy the beach (water sports) and for hikers (GR 34 also called the customs officers' path). Fully equipped and with a private swimming pool with shower and WC, a bowling alley, games for children and teenagers (table football and ping-pong table), the villa has a very large living room-lounge opening onto a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. A large shaded terrace with barbecue is at your disposal for your family meals from where you can easily watch your children in the swimming pool. On the ground floor, you will also have a bedroom with a double bed and TV, opening through a French window onto the garden. It has a storage cupboard, and a shower room with double sink. the toilet is separate...

upstairs: two double bedrooms with TV and one bedroom with twin beds without TV, all equipped with storage cupboards.

each bed is equipped with a slatted base, a mattress protector (mattress), a duvet and pillows. Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are provided. Beds are made on arrival. a folding baby bed is also available as well as a changing cushion.

Weekly rates: Arrival from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday departure 11 a.m. at the latest.

-short winter holidays: from 02/10/24 to 03/09/24: €2190

excluding school holidays the price for the week is €1690. It is possible, during this period, it is possible to book a stay of Minimum 5 nights at €300 per night or the stay at €1500.

the price includes:
- electricity and water charges.
- sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases, one bath towel per person as well as cleaning costs.

Our cancellation conditions:
-total refund of amounts paid if canceled before the 61st day before your arrival
-50% refund of amounts paid from the 60th day to the 31st day before your arrival
-No refund from the 30th day to the day of your arrival.
