Kula Kai Villa in Fiji Paradise. Breathtaking Beachfront Views! Sleeps 15

This was an AWESOME spot, the host and chef service was GREAT. This was an AWSEOME stay I abosolutely love the villa but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The outdoor furnishings are disgusting and soiled and this is from long term use, bed linen and towels are very worn and mildew and blood were found on pillows, the floors have not been swept in a long time and dusting, forget about it. Cleaning and maintenance seems minimal, light switches broken, weather strip missing from doors(I literally sat looking out through the crack that is 2or3 inches wide. Kichen drawers are a mess, cooking appliances are nasty, which explains the roaches and mouse and droppings in the pantry.There are random people that just show up but dont really serve a purpose, i.e a gardener popped up but there was no need for it during our stay, pool guy on day 3/4 then lets not forget this random plumber or whatever pulls a cloth from the plumbing system showing it to us right after we checked in, this guy paraded this nasty piece around even entering the kitchen with it whilst the cooks worked, that was beyond me. Pool deck needs pressure washing, steps to the beach are unstable. Awesome stay we refer that we were glamping but not worth the price especially with all the foot traffic, rats and roaches. DEFINITELY needs a little TLC. TOILET PAPER, dont forget it

Loved staying here, the beach and pool were amazing and it was perfect for our large group. We felt so looked after the whole time and the communications were all super speedy and responsive. Super comfy beds too we slept so well! Great spot!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kula Kai and hope to return someday soon. Amazing views and the property layout was great for our group. Vinaka!!

What a stunning experience! We loved the generous layout, magic setting, private villas to retreat, pool to cool, loungers to sun, veranda/huts for shade, bar to chill drinks, snorkelling gear & kayaks for high-tide marine life, short walk to shop, restaurants and landmark Maui Jetty. Super host helped arrange transport for our Biausevu Waterfall experience, plus surprised us with birthday cakes for our family celebrations. An amazing location to create lifelong memories. Highly recommended.

The accommodation suited our family of 10 perfectly. Other than a little cleanliness issue in the kitchen when we arrived (this was remedied the next day) the rest was clean. Gorgeous view. Great stay common space were beautifully clean.
