Stayed Jun 13, 2025Great house and location was perfect for our 3 day festival in Swanzy. Perfect to come home to at the end of a long day and great for lounging in the morning before heading out. Well stocked for anything one might need. Helpful owner. Would def stay again.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024It was an absolute privilege to stay in this huge, beautifully appointed, and comfortable home. The host have provided every convenience, including excellent technology. The grounds are incredible as well. Perfect location across the street from the golf course. Very quiet and private. Comfortable mattresses and bedding. Just perfect.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Our group had a great stay at this villa in Keene. Communication was great; access was easy, and check-out was a breeze. The house had everything our larger group needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was very clean and was in a quiet and peaceful area. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024The very communicative and welcoming hosts had thought of everything-- including a great supply of baby equipment so we could settle right in, a kitchen with every appliance, and clean and comfortable bedding and couches. Beautiful spot with a view of the golf course, but it feels like a tree house surrounded by cool trees through many windows. Lovely place to spend the weekend! Looking forward to coming back someday.

Stayed May 2, 2024The house was beautiful inside and out. It had EVERYTHING one would need. Communication and attention from the host was immediate and met with genuine concern. If something was needed, it was acted upon with kindness. After coming to this area for years and staying other places, I’m going to choose this place for my family and I to stay for any future visits.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were in town for a family wedding and were given the task of hosting my health compromised, not very mobile mom-in-law who has to get around in a wheelchair. From beginning to end, Ed and Bailey were very accommodating in answering my questions to make sure that it all would work. The house and grounds are amazing and so well taken care of. We were comfortable and felt very at home. The golfers golfed across the street and raved. I only wish that we had more time to explore the trails nearby. So close to the center of Keene. Big success of a trip!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I’ve stayed in many places and could always suggest to the owner at least one thing that was missing - NOT in this case. This villa was completely provisioned, super spatious, and the best place to call home for 2 weeks!
