Kalkan Villa - Beach 2 Minutes Walk Sea Views; Private Pool; Wifi; Air Con; TV;

Beautiful villa , clean and well looked after , views were amazing , Kalkan is a great place to stay , a lovely small beach , and lots of friendly restaurants

Lovely property with excellent views. The property is spacious and well furnished. Wifi coverage needs extending to cover bedrooms and upper sun terrace and the dogs barking in the neighbourhood at night was excessive.

We stayed in Villa Keros for 3 weeks. A lovely property in a very nice and clean condition. Outside pool and pool area super clean (pool man came every day ensuring that the pool and outdoor areas were tip top). Really lovely sun loungers, nice frames with very comfortable padding (The best we have ever experienced), all in super condition alongside quality sun umbrellas. Brilliant top deck sun area. Internal Villa areas were in nice condition, lovely lounge with digital tv (enabled us to watch our favourite Netflix and Amazon prime in the evening), well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Creating an overall feeling of space. Minor personal comment, not a great fan of Kisla, we didn't use the Beach clubs although appreciate others would relish the close proximity. We use Ozgur for the booking of taxi's and Define Tours for car hire at a cost of £280 per week with drop off and pick up from the Villa. We ate in 11 days and ate out 11 days. Enjoying wonderful fish BBQ's beside the pool in the late afternoon's. Some recommended restaurants - Sade (best steak in Kalkan, excellent service and wonderful Hennesy XO Brandy :-), Sea and Blue (roof top), Solonica (on the street), La Fidanka (beautiful), Ada's (small and very authentic near Kaputas), Merkez (B/fast) Overall, a great experience staying in Villa Keros as was communication with Colin and Caroline. We had an amazing stay at Villa Keros. The Villa was immaculate and in an amazing location with spectacular views. Colin was great throughout the booking process and advice before the trip. David and the management team were amazing and helpful in giving great advice on the best tours and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend Villa Keros.

We stayed for two weeks at Villa Keros. Everything was amazing, from the communication from the host and property manager, to the location and facilities of the villa. It is perfectly aligned to watch the sunset and get the best of the days sun. There were some days when we didn't even leave the villa we felt so comfortable and happy there.The Aircon in ll of the rooms was a Godsend and the town of Kalkan with all of its restaurants and bars was a short taxi ride away. Villa Keros is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. It is about half hour walk (up hill) into Kalkan, however taxi's are readily available and it takes literally 4 minutes to get into town at a cost of 25 lira ( less than £4) and most taxi's take 6 people which is perfect for the size of the villa. Caroline and Colin recommended Ayhan, an English speaking driver, who was fantastic throughout our whole stay and if he couldn't collect us then he would send another driver - all done through WhatsApp! The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay with a well equipped kitchen and a large fridge freezer. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for six and a TV/DVD (not that we used these) The two main bedrooms and really big and share a small balcony, the last bedroom on the top floor has a slopping ceiling so you need to watch your head, saying that it was perfectly fine for my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend to stay in :) All bedrooms have en suite. The top floor also had the roof terrace, with sofa and umbrella. Finally the pool area - it was just perfect. We spent most of our time out here. The views was just amazing as were the sunsets. The pool is the perfect size to bob around in to cool down and watch the world go by! There are six comfortable sunbeds plus umbrellas and a dining table and chairs. We had a couple of evenings in the villa so this is where we ate - taking in the amazing views. This was our first time to Kalkan so were unsure where to stay. We all agreed that the location was perfect for us and we will return to the Villa at some point in the future. Caroline and Colin were so helpful from start to finish. Always answering emails promptly and being a wealth of information - thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Perfect villa with fantastic views from every area, as good as it looks on the website if not better! Kalkan is a beautiful and very friendly place, with plenty of inexpensive taxis if you don't fancy the walk into town.

Villa Keros is situated in Kisla, a quiet suburb of Kalkan. The villa is well-equipped, both inside and out, and is positioned to take advantage of the sun all day, with stunning sunsets. Whist at the villa, we spent most time outside, to take advantage of the fantastic views and the beautiful infinity pool. A great place for a relaxing holiday!

We would thoroughly recommend Villa Keros. Everything was as described in the advert & the owners were very helpful throughout the booking process. The villa was well equipped & very clean. The pool & terrace area was cleaned daily & the inside of the villa was cleaned twice per week, with linen & towels being changed as part of those cleans. The views over Kalkan Bay from all areas were stunning. There were 2 beach clubs & 4 or 5 restaurants were than 5 minutes walk from the villa. Taxis were readily available & not expensive. The owners recommended an English speaking driver, with a 6 seater taxi, which was a great help when we didn't want to walk into town. The water taxi was a novel way of getting into Kalkan harbour. We will definitely return to Villa Keros.
