Kalkan, 2 Bed ensuite, private garden & pool, stunning views, perfect getaway.

Absolutely beautiful villa. The garden room is an added bonus and so lovely. The pool was beautifully maintained and cleaned every morning. Communication with Mandy the owner was super. Mandy made contact prior to arrival, giving us advice for arrival including accurate directions. She was on the other end of the phone for anything we needed during our stay. The villa is beautiful and very well furnished. Their hospitality is very thoughtful. 5* wholly recommend!

Just returned from the most amazing holiday in Kalkan. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Mandy was with organising the transfer, ensuring there was a welcome package which far exceeded anything we’ve had before, to booking restaurants and recommending places to go and taxi numbers! There is a supermarket just a couple of minutes up the hill that will cater for most things during your stay. The villa itself is spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ground floor is open plan living, leading out to a wonderful pool area and glass building with table tennis, comfy sofas and dining area for lunches. Upstairs to the twin/double room with en-suite, seating area and covered balcony, then up one more floor to another double room with en-suite and balcony. All rooms have air-conditioning and are comfortable to sleep in. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone, the views are spectacular and it’s only a 15 min walk down the hill into town or a 5 min taxi ride. Mandy is always on hand if needed and really made our holiday run like clockwork. I’m desperate to come back again to this lovely town and even better villa.

When I found Villa One I could only hope it was as great as it sounded. We arrived at night, met by Mandy who was so warm and welcoming. She gave us a tour and we were really impressed. However, It wasn’t until the following morning that we were able to fully appreciate the villa and it’s spectacular surroundings! The views were incredible. Sea views one way, mountain views the other, and the pool area is stunning. There are a variety of areas from which to take in the views and they are all fantastic. Kalkan is wonderful and I would love to return. Mandy was on hand to provide practical information, impart local knowledge and was so helpful and kind. It’s a real gem of a villa and is great for families. I would 100% recommend!

Me and my wife stayed at Villa one for 10 nights this september. Villa one is clean, with am amazing layout and all necassary items in place to enjoy a wonderful break ontop of the cleanest pool ever!! we hired a quad from the town and explored the surrounding moutains and ate breakfast in mountain restaraunts 2 mins from the villa. Mandy the owner was constantly in touch with us giving us tips and help, and provided a top service throughout our stay beyond more than we could expect. thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa Mandy and i would like you to know it was one of the best holidays of my life and it was mainly as a result of us staying at Villa One.

From first communicating with the owner Mandy the whole booking experience was stress free. Mandy always replied to questions I emailed her within a couple of hours. We took advantage of Mandy booking our transfer £130 return, in an air conditioned minibus complete with a choice of cold drinks. I had also emailed Mandy a shopping list (another service she offers) prior to our arrival which made sure our holiday started as soon as we arrived with essentials for the first couple of days already in the fridge. Mandy was at the villa waiting for us even though it was just before 11pm she showed us round explaining how everything worked and how to call a cab or takeaway using WhatsApp . Villa One was exactly as the photographs showed if not better in real life. We were spoilt for choice on which of the terraces to eat breakfast or enjoy a cold beer. Our 2 girls ages 13 and 15 loved being able to take advantage of the pool whenever they felt like. The villa is situated on a hill which is a steep but doable 15 minute walk down into town, though we never attempted to walk back. We used taxis for the return journey at a cost of 20tl (approx £3) bargain! We ate out in several of Kalkan’s many lovely restaurants and never had a bad meal. Two of our favourites were Salonika 1881 for wonderful Mezes and fish and Baharat for probably some of the tastiest Steaks we’ve ever eaten (owned by Hasan, Mandy’s husband). We made use of the BBQ a few nights, on the terrace over the pool and also enjoyed takeaways from Ata (traditional charcoal grilled meats) and Ziizi for the best pizza and homemade french fries. We visited Kalimar Beach Club, who send a taxi for you and drop you back. It costs 20tl ahead for a sunbed and parasol and you can use the waiter service for drinks and food. Our girls loved using the Pedalo’s which are included in the 20tl you pay for the sunbed. We also enjoyed a bus ride into Kas which cost 35tl (£5 approx) each way for the 4 of us. We are already planning our next trip to beautiful Kalkan and can not recommend Villa One highly enough!

The villa is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Mandy offers a shopping service ahead of guests arrival and she really delivered on everything we asked for. Apart from the welcome pack it was also nice to have provision of basics such a w/u liquid , washing machine detergent etc, things we have had to purchase ourselves or been left with dregs at previous properties.It all made for a great start to our holiday. Mandy was helpful in everything, especially when we discovered a young cat which had suffered an accident resulting in a severely dislocated leg. On contacting Mandy for advice she rang her friend at Kapsa, and despite in the middle of baking cakes for their restaurant she drove off to collect the cat carrier. All in all the best villa and best host we have experienced during our five holidays in Turkey. Thank you Mandy!!

Mandy and her husband Hasan made us very welcome with amazing Turkish fruit, bread, cheese, wine and other goodies on arrival. The villa is beautiful, pool superb and views are stunning. We ate in Hasan’s restaurant a couple of times to, Baharat, and we were delighted with the food there and service, ambience and overall quality. All in all a superb experience and highly recommended

I found my stay at Villa one very enjoyable and very well located. The description and reviews are accurate and my general experience was excellent. Mandy (owner) went above and beyond which made our stay even more special, as she made our holiday even more relaxed by booking beach club, stocking up fridge/freezer, booking taxi for airport and supplying us with lots of information etc etc. Villa one was 5 mins away from town centre (which is fab) but the views from the roof terrace day or night was outstanding. We ate at Baharat which Mandy's husband owns and I have to say Hassan and his staff made us very welcome and to be honest a I did feel a little bit like a VIP.

We enjoyed a lovely holiday at the extremely well equipped Villa One. The villa is in a lovely quiet location with easy access down into Kalkan either by car, cheap taxi ride or on foot, if you can deal with the heat and the steep roads... Mandy was extremely helpful throughout our 16 night stay. Always on hand if we needed anything but not in the least intrusive. Just the right balance for a quiet relaxing holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. The villa is the perfect size for a couple but will also easily accommodate a family or 2 couples. The outside space is lovely with several terraces for relaxing and eating during the warm evenings. We certainly recommend it and hope to be back soon.
