We enjoyed our stay. The resort had many options. We enjoyed both the resort pool and the smaller pool in our villa which offered more privacy. We also like having a restaurant and a little store with ice cream and a Starbucks inside. The property was clean comfortable and had everything we needed including little traffic or noise.

The weather wasn't ideal, but that didn't keep this stay from being a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable experience! The villa was centrally located and Robert was an excellent and communicative host. We had a great time and would be delighted to stay here again next time we're in the area!

Very nice place. Great communication with owner, community, and very quiet property. So much to do at this location. Pools, hot tubs, basketball, tennis; the total package. They even have a restaurant and beach access. Plan on staying again the next time we are in Panama City. Forgot to mention they have a shuttle but the walk is nice.

Hello, first off I would like to say that Robert maintained good communication throughout my trip and offered a very affordable stay. However, I do want to offer a few details about the villa. The villa’s location is good, very private and quiet. The place looks like the pictures, nothing crazy but serves as a fine abode. One of the reasons I got this place was for its reviews on cleanliness, but this was probably my biggest plight with the place. From first glance things are fine, but there’s a decent amount of dust around the place, like on the fan’s lights above the bed. The garbage disposal also made a scary sound when I happened to turn it on and it smelled bad. The bed was nice and I slept very well in it, but I did find quite a few dark hairs on the pillows and between the comforter and on the walls and ground…just kind of all over. I informed Robert of this on the first night and he had his house keeper come and change the sheets the next day, so I was able to sleep soundly after that. She also changed the shower liner for me because it was growing mold, and did some light dusting. The blinds are struggling, I will not lie…so I tried not to touch them at all or else the panels would fall/break. I didn’t really use the kitchen, but there’s plenty of dishes to cook and eat with from what I could see. The beach was nice and check in was easy, but my showers were also cold half the time and I never found the route of that problem. Anyways, that’s it, my honest review!

We stayed here for an event at the convention center. The condo was great. It met our needs and was a short walk to the beach, pools, and convention center on site. We would stay here again!

I had a nice stay at this place. The resort is very beautiful and the people there are friendly. The villa sits in a quiet area on the resort which was nice. A few suggestions that would improve things at this place: Keep bottled water in the fridge for guests. Have coffee available to use in the coffee pot. Supply the shower/bathroom with soap and basic shampoo/conditioner. Leave a few beach towels in the unit. The resort does not offer any at the pools and they are too bulky to travel with. Offer an explanation of how to use the tram to get around the resort, because it was not clear. It would be helpful to offer some outlets/access near the bed for charging devices. I travelled a long way with one small carry on piece of luggage. The unit was nice but not well equipped with basic supplies. I could not bring the above items with me on my trip and I did not have a car so finding supplies was the first thing I had to do when I got there and it was a challenge. I enjoyed the sun and my time there.

Second time staying in the same villa. We love renting from the same owners. Great communication, villa had all we needed, location was great! September is perfect time of year for my daughter and I. I am very happy with our stay!

This is our second time staying here, and we loved it! The property owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect for all PCB’s main attractions/activities and restaurants. The villa is very lovely and peaceful. Thank you again. We will be booking again for next year’s vacation.

Condo was very nice and was as advertised. Robert was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. The king bed was super comfortable and the sofa bed was acceptable (most are not). The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This was nice unit and in a great quiet location. Easy walk over to the main pool and beach access. The entire resort was very nice as well. Check in was great. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Robert was great with communication and resolved everything very timely to make our stay more enjoyable. Had a great vacation.

Location was perfect, we loved all the pool options and food options surrounding!! Owner was easy to communicate with very attentive and prompt!! We would definitely book again!!

We had our Air Conditioning go out in a heat wave. They were able to get someone to fix asap and moved us to a different villa until it was fixed, and they brought us a pizza to apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciated the quick response.
