Jam Villa, A Private 7 or 13 Bedroom Villa Resort in a Gated Beach Community

I had an amazing experience at JamVilla. The property was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was able to meet the owner during my stay. He was communicative and understanding. I held my wedding rehearsal dinner on the property and all my family and guests raved about the property. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group.

We truly appreciated all the help and how amazingly the staff treated everyone. They waited until we got there super late to check us in and provided a very nice welcome/greeting I used the venue to host my wedding and they were very receptive and helpful in assisting in planning and organizing everything. I couldn't have done it without them, particularly Chantay. They freshly painted the main areas before the wedding which helped to make the place look even better. We also utilized the bar service team and they were absolutely great. Guests enjoyed the mixes that they made and we were very happy with the service. I would definitely stay here again.

It felt like “ home” as we stepped through the door. Do a comforting . The chef and her assistants were totally awesome . The whole Vila staff was made up of the cream of the crop!!We wanted Jamaican cuisine and we got the most authentic taste. Great place for group reunions of any type … 4 thumbs up

Excellent for family

Property has a peaceful vibe- very clean, spacious and lots to do with pool, gazebos, cabanas, covered basketball/tennis court and even a massage room and without equipment. Enjoyed my visit (2nd time here) and definitely plan on returning. Staff is very friendly, polite and the chef operators delicious meals as an added bonus.

We had a good stay. Initial check in was rocky but after pointing out some issues we had Shantay and Rick promptly addressed our issues and from there it was smooth sailing. This property was ideal to house our group of 27. I think we probably ate the most out of any group they have hosted before! It’s a great location within a nice gated community and walking distance to the beach and not far from the action in Drax Hall. The food was delicious and the chefs were able to make all of our local favorites. It was nice to have the indoor basketball court -tennis is there as well but note court is not properly lined for tennis so if you’re an avid player (we had several in our group) that was annoying. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place especially if you have a large group.

The property was lovely. We swam, played basketball,ate chef prepared meals, spent time together. Staff were wonderful.Any issues that needed attention were addressed immediately.Great stay!

It was the first time in Jamaica for most of my wedding guests and Jam villa did not dissapoint! The chefs cooked with love, Asolita helped with a smooth check in and was there whenever we needed her with advice, and support during our stay. Its a gorgeous property and we had an unforgettable time. Thank you Rick & team for acccomodating. We'd definately book again!

This property is beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. Staff was amazing very accommodating to all of our needs. And the Chef created some wonderful meals that the entire group enjoyed. As a travel agent I will definitely recommend this place for future groups. Thank you for all of your hard work. Looking forward to coming back. Soon.

The team at Jam Villa was incredible, they made this experience wonderful from start to finish, supporting our needs both at the property and off the property. We could not recommend the Jam Villa team anymore, we hope to be back in the future!

Property was nice but customer service started off horrible, but got better towards the end. The food could've been better, our family actually stepped in and prepared Wedding dinner. Everything ended up coming together at the end of the day. Also they claim to be missing some utensils, but it wasn't us....good thing i had insurance...

The location and grounds were great. We rented out the full facility for our strategic offsite and everything worked great and there was plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Most of all, the cleaning staff, groundskeepers, bartender and chefs were amazing and took such great care of all 13 of us. Most importantly, Chantay, the property manager was amazing a meticulous in helping us plan everything.

Jam Villa was perfect for our extended family reunion. It comfortably accommodated 19 of us, ages 8 to 74, with nice landscaping and wonderful amenities - pool, tennis court, basketball hoops, pool table, and more. The beach was an easy walk away and very pleasant. The house staff, especially the chefs, were fantastic! We were there over American Thanksgiving and they made a special meal for us for the holiday. So kind, welcoming, and accommodating! The only thing to note is that the bathrooms do not come with toiletries, so bring your own. Otherwise, the house is well appointed.

We stayed at Jam Villa in early October 2024 and the experience was top notch. Rick communicated with us prior to arrival via VRBO and Chantay was our main villa coordinator. Their communication is outstanding and they ensured that the booking process was smooth. Aside from the villa's beautiful property, the thing that makes Jam Villa so great is it's team of staff. I've stayed at multiple 5 star resorts in Jamaica and can say with confidence that I would rather go back to Jam Villa with my family in the future. You get the full experience with more privacy, control, and you also help support smaller businesses. Their staff are attentive but not nosey, present but not intrusive. They are all kind and good people. We took advantage of the chef service daily and the food was great. The chefs definitely cook with love. Some faves were ackee and saltfish for breakfast, brown stew oxtail, escovitch fish, curried shrimp, stew beef.. No one complained once about the food and we had quite a diverse group. Rohan who is the villa's transportation personnel was simply awesome. We used his services for transportation and excursions. His vehicles were clean and well maintained and he was always on time with a huge smile on his face. He helped design a custom itinerary of 3 unique excursions for our group and each was special and unique. Highly recommend using his services! Thank you Rick, Rohan, Chantay, Tamika, Assoleitta, Roudane, Damion, Anita, Enid, Nicole, Alafia, and Marva!

Our stay was great, the chefs was super friendly, the staff on a whole was great. The place met our needs.

Our stay at Jam Villa was amazing. The staffs members were very sweet and accommodating. They made sure we were properly taken care off. The chefs service was amazing and the food was always good. The place was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good
