Stayed Dec 25, 2023The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. Although we were told the cold weather prevented the pool from heating up, the same was said about the hot tub. Beware that hot tub at this house will not go over 90 degrees if nights are too cold. Manager discounted part of electrical fees but with the cold weather experienced, it was disappointing to not have a properly working hot tub for the 3 weeks we rented this property.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023The location was amazing. The house was clean and stocked with all the needs for family living. Enjoyed the property so much we rarely left the pool area. The outdoor space was gorgeous and huge to accommodate our entire family. It was our first family vacation and the property made it a success.Will definitely stay here again

Stayed Jun 25, 2022The villa is beautiful, spotless, and well equipped (kitchen, pool towels, beach chairs, etc.). The villa was sparkling clean when we checked in. The furniture, the floors, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the outdoor area. The expansive river view is spectacular- we saw dolphins and manatees just feet from our dock! We had a hard time accomplishing anything because we just wanted to hang out in the pool and watch tv on the lanai. The rental experience with intervillas was perfect and the property managers were great. 5 stars isn’t enough!
